I had the privilege of working at the Harold Examiner in the early 80's. And also the privilege of becoming friends with Huell Howser's Cameraman, Luis Fuerte.

My father was a editor there for many years.

I once got to go from the Hill Street building....through the underground elevator....... to the South Broadway Street presses! Too cool......

Hard to believe he didn't show the Hurst Apartment?? The elevator door opens up with another door on it's rear revealing his apartment.

I doubt this building will ever be brought back
