I'm new to the new challenge ❤ I do have a few questions. #1. Can we leave our hair in a protective style throughout the challenge ? (Mini twist, mini braids) #2. Is it beneficial to wash our hair weekly ? Or biweekly ? #3. Are we oiling & scalp massaging our hair between the days before the refresh day in midweek?

Typically, how much growth does one see after completing the challenge?
