I'd love to see you do an Architect and Archaeologist apartment. I think they're should have an age gap and very different taste in design. The Archaeologist could be the older one and due to their age and career then tend to like more classical and grand architectures and design and their partner being younger likes more sleek and modern architecture and design. I also would love to see the Architect's love for sculptural art and the Archaeologist's love of vases come through.

One of my all time fave books is Bitten by Kelley Armstrong and it’s about a Werewolf who left her pack to live in Toronto and is a Journalist. I think that would be fun. I think it’s later in the series it’s mentioned that another werewolf was found by a Vet while injured in wolf form and they later married. I think that would be a fun idea too. A house for a vet and a werewolf or a werewolf vet.

Your apartament renovations are so fun to watch and always turn out beautiful haha If I can suggest an apartment idea, how about a flat for a detective duo, Holmes/Watson style with lots of files, books, and investigation gear? Bonus points for making them a couple hahah

I voted on both community kits. I voted for goth and I'm super excited this one won. But on the other one I voted for futuristic stuff, cause I really don't think medieval stuff fits in very well with the things and especially worlds we have in the Sims 4. It'll look out of place, but maybe they'll bring out a gameplay pack with a medieval world before the kit. 😅

I'm so glad I found this video, I have the build in my game & I love it!! I placed it on my Sim family lot, as an additional building for the teen daughter & it fits perfectly!! I don't use Gryphi's apartments as such, I place them on existing build lots as separate houses as I think they are brilliant to use in this way, especially when you have (like me) different Sim types who love living their best lives, but also part of a whole family & don't want to split them off just yet. :) I've placed it with: NBB Pink TIny Home & their Book Worm Apartment (3 premises, 1 lot) & they all function amazingly together. I am thrilled :D

my sims builds have been having major fire bug issues with fireplace. how would you suggest keeping this from catching fire all the time? outside of "fireproofing" upgrade or maybe using the torch lamps instead of ever lighting the fireplace?
