People call Hercules a failure of a movie, but Disney produced the most mathematically perfect love song here. Just specific enough to fit the movie, but vague enough to be applied to like every straight romance on the planet.

When I was a kid, I had a crush on Meg. I remember pretending to be Hercules during recess and a girl I liked pretended to be Meg. I was in the second grade at the time. Those were the good old days.
They're not going to use old-fashioned tedious techniques of animating. Computer animation is much more faster and efficient. Modern technology will always win.

Of all the female disney characters, Meg is probably the most relatable. Shes a normal woman with a normal status in life who hasnt had perfect luck with men (like other princesses).

She is O.o Not all Disney princesses follow the whole dress and be all helpless....Mulan is a Disney princess and she is the protagonist and so is Nala and she's a lioness lol.

I'm pretty sure that being a "Disney Princess" is more along the lines of being a heroine of a Disney series then being just an actual princess...at least that's kinda how I see it.

I love how Meg started off being a villain and then turned into one of the good guys by the end of the movie. Shes definitely one of the best Disney female characters :)
This kinda reminds me of Annabeth, she didn't want to admit she was in love with Percy, partly because she was annoyed for liking Luke when he ended up going evil

Meg was a fairly complex character by Disney Animation standards. The other girls would fall in love with the hero ( Ariel, Jasmine) and that would sort of be it. Meg was damaged goods ( in her head anyway) and had suffered a lot of heartbreak. She was a very well written character.
+Dylan Fix by Greek Mythology, yes Hercules murders his own family. However, Disney's Hercules is definitely different from Greek Hercules. Disney Hercules is the son of both Zeus and Hera, and just happens to be brought back to mortality. Greek Hercules is the result of one of Zeus' many affairs. In fact, Disney's Hercules is past the point in his timeline where he would have killed his family, with his 12 labors pretty much completed off-screen (Hercules originally performs these tasks as a means of atonement for killing said family). So its less of a spoiler alert, and more of a alternate universe (or rather Disney creating its own AU fanfiction of Greek mythology).

Also, in Greek, his name is Heracles - after Hera - to try to appease her, but in Roman mythology it's Hercules. That always bugged me about this movie, all the other characters have their Greek names, except for Heracles.

Whispery Wonders I totally get that but for both songs when I first heard them I have the same feelinga feeling of total joy and I get goose bumpswhen I saw frozen for the first time in let it go when elsa changes her dress and hair when most people were cheering I was so amazed and felt like this inspired feeling
tess rzeszutko oh really? For me, even when i first watched frozen, the song from the movie that stood out to me was Fixer Upper and not Let it go. I'm not sure why.
Whispery Wonders probably because fixer upper was so funny! my favorite part of the song is when the little baby troll jumps into the circle of adults singing talking about anna's engagement and sings "by the way I don't see no ring"
