PLEASE NOTE: The model in the video is a test print using my own printer, so it is very rough and not perfect. If you buy one for yourself, it will be perfectly smooth and without any imperfections.
Finally, my newest project is finished! Here is my OO/HO and ERTL scales of Hercules the Star Ocean-Going Tug! This release is also my announcement that I am starting to make the whole cast of TUGS for sale on Shapeways! It will take a while to make everything, so no promises on how long it will take to release them. You can find this model for sale on my shapeways shop here: www.shapeways....

I've been making some wooden TUGS models as they were used for series three of TUGS. Each of them have turning heads and face masks that were made from a block of clay with eyes from foam balls. L.E.S Photography Productions was involved in playing their voices.

Now this is great work. I love how all of the little details from the show's (surprisingly intricate) model were integrated into the design to create a faithful final product. David Mitton (RIP) would be proud. On a side note, you ever considered doing Top Hat? It would be great to get ahold of a figure of him without waiting months/years/centuries for the Takara figure to show up on eBay.

Luke Christmas maybe, but the doors fit an oo scale person and any bigger and it would be even more expensive so I'm fine with it

The glasses are not removable on the ERTL model either, and I may make different facial expressions in the future, however that is a long way off most likely.

They can't float because that raises too many problems. These are just like the toys with flat bottoms so they could move on flat surfaces

Still planning to make more, I have OJ half finished, but not sure if or when i'll get to the rest of them. Uni takes up a lot of my time and other projects sometimes come first unfortunately

Not cancelled, but put on hold for the moment as I have a lot of school work to be done. I have been working on O.J. a bit here and there, so he will hopefully be the next Tug finished, but I'm not sure when

they are designed to be in scale with Bachmann stuff, so you can use them alongside your trains and they will look the right size.
