this makes me realize how different weddings must be in Korea. People are mostly dressed in Black and borderline casual. I'm not even from the west and I've been to weddings in Africa, Europe, America and parts of Asia but never saw this before. It's so different.

I'm currently bingewatching Sister's Slam Dunk and I felt really happy when I saw Ra Mi Ran and Jinkyung at Taeyang and Hyo Rin's wedding. In one of SSD's episode, they predicted that Hyo Rin will get married in 2018 and she did! ❤

The sister slamdunk season 1 really has a big space in my heart. When I saw miran and jinkyung I want to cry and the memories of them comes back. The feels until now is so fresh because I admire that show so much.

To all you uncultured people complaining about these peoples outfits and choice of colour... not everyone in every country wears black to a funeral 😂 Not everyone wants to look their best at SOMEONE w wedding. Korean people are very respectful and going less than overly-dressed to someone else’s wedding is a very respectable action. BTW i loved seeing the Sister Slam Dunk fam here 😍
Lol if theyre gonna do a western style wedding then adopt western colors, otherwise they couldve gone in hanboks. Even other Asian countries who have adopted western style weddings like Japan don't always have guests always wearing black and casual wear and jeans are a no-no. It seems more a fashion thing to wear leather jackets and casual stuff to a wedding over there.
redfullmoon Why the hell would they have to adopt “western colours?” 😂 They’re a part of a RESPECTFUL culture that do not want to offend one another. Its LITERALLY part of their language system when they communicate and it has crossed over into their public celebrations and gatherings. YOU can have a “western coloured” theme for your wedding but thats not necessarily the case for these two. Its style AND respect. Not a cultural appropriation statement. Learn the difference.
