The only thing I learned in this video was how the warehouse looks like..

I work on softwares which are used in these warehouses and online ecommerce websites. The product I work on is IBM Sterling. So I knew the whole flow of traffic in a warehouse. But seeing this video it has helped me more in understanding. True it has missed many relevant stages but anyways it was meant to explain in a layman term and not in detail.

I came here to understand the pressure and duties these hard workers have to deal with, i have canceled 3 items back to back because i keep getting the wrong items and now i feel like an asshole because they work hard to find the item i canceled just to put it back.

Hi guys! Does anyone happen to know if it's possible to request Amazon to put your units into their shipping FBA cartons? You know, the normal one with arrow and dark tape... We just started selling on Amazon FBA and one of our buyers sent us a photo of the unit being damaged pretty badly. Turns out it was shipped just by on its own! (wt*??) I've been personally buying stuff on Amazon for several years from all sorts of categories and never have I ever received a single product that was not in FBA carton. I really thought this was common practice (the whole point of FBA lol???). We would really appreciate anyone's advice!

Watching this while waiting for a product that I placed order on 28th Sep which has expected delivery dates of 4th to 8th Oct and it's already 5th Oct. The product was dispatched only on 5th Oct(Just an hour ago as I am typing this). They had the order for "Preparing for dispatch" for 8 days. This video didn't help me understand most of the issues we face while purchasing online. Hey, at least we got a peek into one of the Amazon's fullfilment facility.

Showed my 7 year old daughter this since she wanted to know how a package gets from Amazon warehouse to our doorstep. She didn't learn anything but at least she understands that some magic fairy doesn't drop it off anymore so I guess that's a good thing.

This reminds me when I was working at Flipkart facility... Festive seasons and sales seasons are nightmares for employees who work in warehouse/facility 😄

Still i felt amazon takes much time than flipkart for the delivery. Amazon never delivered within three to four days as compared to flipkart.

I am handicapped and it is so hard to get to a store. I APPRECIATE AND I AM THANKFUL for amazon. They have everything I need and during the pandemic in the roughest times when stores here were bare.....I could get soap and shampoo dish soap paper towels toilet paper jeans dishes everything imaginable and it came so quickly. I was an Amazon customer long before the pandemic for about 10 years now and I LOVE their customer service and the prices the choices. Walmart prices on sometings are double from what I pay on Amazon. I will continue to be a customer to Amazon for as long as they are around. THANK YOU AMAZON!!!

No doubt that the Amazon is good ,but the delivery agent and the ware house located near by the delivery address are the biggest laziest workers and the most irresponsible agents u can ever find, competitively flipkart service is much better.

What did u explain here...??? Nothing.., Don’t do time pass... This is not at all a method of explaining a process.. You could have been gone into little detail along with their SOP Chart.

Flipkart delivery... Tracking details are much more informative and self explanatory than Amazon.

60% of the time when I order something, they send a different color, tho it is Specified in the Sellers DESCRIPTION Should they not check before Shipping Wish we could add a RED REMARK, like a Red FLAG on this sellers, so others know & more Importantly Amazon knows Sadly this kind of problem I have only faced in India :( NEVER happened when I was living in USA or Uae, then why they cant improve it here :(((
