I was just about to buy a boosted board when they shut down. Really hope on a restart through Lime, if there is new development and new parts that would be amazing. Thanks for the look "behind the scenes", quite a few impressive prototypes

I was part of a focus group for Boosted board when they were doing market research for their Rev. In the group we were shown images of what looked like a Honda Ruckus, but electric that would have been at a price point of around $2200. I was EXTREMELY excited for this product, but it never came out.

Digging the quarantine look Sam! Appreciate the inside look at these Boosted boards. Having watched you and Casey with these boards always made me want one. Hope Lime isn’t just acquiring them for the tech. Sounds like from your research that we could see these boards again.

Well before it shut down boosted took my money: I ordered a board just before and never received it. My money is gone and I will never see my board.... I don’t know what I could do... I am desperate

I mean in the world where you have companies like EXway, the boosted was way too expensive for anyone to buy over the other electric longboards that are getting as good or sometimes even better than boosted... I feel bad for them, but for the price it didn’t offer enough...

I'm amazed no one bought up Boosted a whole to continue with that brand. Their brand was SO strong, they just needed someone to intervene to make the rest of the company work financially.

By looking at those welds and there being no obvious clip in/out points for the batter, AND the fact that this is Boosted, who made a 10mile scooter (which I own) that has no replaceable battery. Why in the world would they make their bike battery replaceable?!? I'm definitely looking to upgrade my wife's Boosted Rev sometime soon. Will probably upgrade my GTR Bamboo to a LaCroix. And get her something that can at LEAST do 20 miles real world full speed easily. We absolutely love our current setup. It's loads of fun! But it would be nice to have some more range. And I personally would REALLY like more power and less overheating.

Sick. The boosted ultimate would have been the coolest thing! It's unfortunate they went out of business. 2020 sucks for just about everyone. Stay safe man.

Looking forward to your Exway Flex review, as this is the logical replacement for Boosted, with much more to offer, and for less. Placed my order today.

Seems like Lime are going to start making their own scooters and bikes (integrating the tech from Boosted) - like Bird have done. Use those for rental and perhaps sell them as Lime products too.

I'm so sad that they are out of business.

OK one question I know some of your skaters might get a little bit T off butWhy not just have a version of this electric skateboard where you attach the handle bar shaft in the front so you can convert it to a kick scooter and just attach the electronics to that that way you have both options a skateboard and kick scooter for those who want to kick scooter and those who are more adventurous and want more of a work out and want to skate board?

and sam gotta use ur head man, meepo makes a 4 wheel drive system and it runs off a single remote! belt drive same thing, u just have to splice in and solder some wires, and u would need two ESCs linked together with one remote.... cheap out the diyesk8 website, they have all the info u could ever desire, and also all the parts you would ever need, and ALSO a pretty current DIY build video going thru the complete process and DIYing a 4 wheel drive board all by your lonesome!! You could probably make the 4 motor boosted by putting the two extra motors backwards so that they fit under the board and you could put them in reverse

Bought used V1 Boosted and needs a replacement battery. The person that sold it to me never told me they are no longer available. Need your help to get this Board working for a reasonable expense

Did Andy Macdonald (Also a member of the Birdhouse team) have input on the design of the “Tony Hawk” board? I know Andy was rocking a Boosted Board for vert & pool riding, which was awesome!

Would anyone still recommend getting one? I live in NYC and I was thinking about getting the mini x but I’m not sure now since production on parts have stopped and they seem very high maintenance. Is there any better alternatives? One I was looking at was the ONSRA but let me know you PEV gods inputs on this

Ultimate looks super cool but I can't imagine good range on 4 motors for Boosted. The Little should've been the Mini though, Damnit!

Had a friend tell me that the V3 board with lights was stuck in prototype form because they weren't durable. The lights kept breaking.

Boosted Little looked great but that battery pack was smaller than the Mini S!

I have been running a custom board build service. If you want, you could pick every spec of your board and I can build and ship it to you. I can make you a 4wd board with tons of torque and even give you the ability to switch to AT wheels.

That just looks like an early lineup concept. You can see they all use design elements from the v2, and then there is a straight up v2 in there. The mini probably became what the little concept was. That scooter is also probably what became the rev as it's clearly just a 'scooter' placeholder and nothing specific. The ultimate is the stealth, wether they ever actually tested boards with 4 motors or not who knows, but those are obviously just early concepts and not anything that was ever made. The tony hawk board is just a mini with a different deck on it.

If you want easy 4wd you should check out the Revel kit. Looks super legit.

Y'all know someone's going to recreate and sell these Esk8 designs, it's been known to happen to other Boosted Boards in the past.

Been a hot minute since i saw Boosted stuff.

I just bought a wowgo3 at half the price of a boosted. All the specs are on par with boosted.

And I was going to buy one of these things. Even tho their are still for sail I don’t really want to give my money to someone else who just bought these from someone else who put time and effort to try and make these things. I hope boosted comes back

I guess that before we can get any boards or products from whatever company (lime) it'll take a year or rebuilding all features and systems .. In the meantime my boosted board is dead (motors wires) and I will never be able to fix it and ride it anymore, it was a part of me like an extension and I can't imagine searching for an other products (evolve for example ...) to replace it ... But as far as the next company would do the job, I need to replace my board ....
