I have both kobe 4 gigi and bron 21s, the feeling is totally different. Brons have a bulkier built they are higher of the ground and they are way more supportive. You can definitely say this is a Bron shoe if you have ever worn lebrons in the past. Cushion and support is also way better. Kobe 4s have a nice heel cushion but they are really low to the ground. At the toe there is no cushion you feel like you play almost barefoot. I also had the originals and they had lunarlon at the forefoot and they were decent, instead the protros feel like (shit) there is no cushion at all at the forefoot. Totally different shoes that they are not even close in terms of feeling or performance.

Kobe’s got weird starting with the 10. 11 was ok, but Nike got rid of the numbering system and the Kobe AD was not good and has fake Zoom. The best post 9 Kobe was the Nike Kobe NXT 360.
