Here are the WORST Juices to Avoid at the Store 😬❌
Everyone wants to get the vitamins and minerals from juices.
However, here’s the list of juices to STAY AWAY from:
❌ Number 1: Sunny D
If we look at the back we can see the ingredients:
The first two (the highest percentages) are water and high fructose corn syrup.
That’s water and SUGAR.
It only has 2% or less of everything else.
❌ Number 2: Hawaiian Punch: all flavors
This is another brand that just makes sugar water.
If we look at the back, we will see the same ingredients in all of them.
Very similar to Sunny D.
❌ Lastly, we have Kool Aid Jammers:
Filtered water and high fructose corn syrup AGAIN.
I don’t have to read any further. This is just sugar water.
If you want to drink real juice, get cold pressed juice and stop giving your kids this sugar water.
