Here Comes Ruto's New CABINET 

I second this great top analyst Professor Herman Manyora.Ruto should NOT re appoint anyone from the sacked ministers.

What i know is,,the genzs will not accept the new cabinet if there will be a renewal of the old cabinet

That bit about Raila is very Correct n Raila needs to get it clear.

When I saw this, I realized that Ruto, as much as I love him, is unable or incapable of seeing this movement through. He cannot deliver, even though he seems to have listened. He is somehow unable to incorporate or change things the way they should be. He seems stuck in the past, and it seems like we have to uproot the whole thing from the roots and start anew. That's why Ruto must go. We must speak with one voice, or Kenya is no more.

Preferably all CSs must posses MBAs and experience in the subject matter relative to ministries they will manage. Humility will be a plus as a human relations value. A lean cabinet will be a plus to reduce government expenditure 7 to 10 ministries should be enough .
