T-shirt idea: ‘Too many projects, not enough sons.’ 😊 Well done guys, your channel is one of those that bolsters the silent majority of good people. The trend is growing.
Grand Prairie, Tx is between Dallas and Fort Worth. Its Technically in Dallas County west of Dallas. Im just being specific because i live and work in the DFW area. Its nice to hear a local company is supporting Chads Fab! Keep up the good work Chad and Co.
Go for a wedge to help clear those fronts, maybe not as drastic as some of the other offroad wreckers, your work is always so clean I’d love to see your take on it!
With all of the projects that you and your boys, and "wife", and Dusty and friends, have completed. The projects have always turned out awesome. This wrecker project will be awesome. Just stay focused and you got this. God Bless all of "Chad's Fab". Safe Holiday.
That’s looking fantastic so far can’t wait until it’s finished it will be a great build series if the story so far is anything to go by! Great work built by a great family
Oh wow it looks so awesome with the 42's. This is going to be one sweet ride when it is complete! Can't wait to see the next phase! Thank you for sharing
I could see the happiness and relief in your face Chad getting over the hump of initial build , it's always a great feeling to see the creation come to life !! I always enjoy seeing everyone participating too... It won't be long till the gopro footage from the back of the cab involves a little dirt and dust ; )
I've been watching you guys for a while now. And you do amazing, we're set when you finish your record. If you can be beautiful like everything that you work on your blazer is beautiful. Your record is gonna be beautiful. You truly are calended man. Everything looks like a piece of artwork. Love your content, God bless you and your family.
Grize is starting to change. Those rims and tires, rock. That is one massive fan and radiator. Liking the double lamps up front. The boom balances out the back.
Between you and Paul... 2 AMAZING wreakers!!! can't wait to see this finished!! loving it! another great video from you fine people!! keep them coming! :)
It's so enjoyable to watch your family work as a team. Love your channel. I like it that you show more of the work being done than just showing the finished product. God bless you and yours.
If there is one thing I've learned from watching chad build stuff, It's that it's always at least ten times stronger than it needs to be 😮🤣🤣. Nice job guys, What a lovely package you got full of what looked like very good quality gloves and stuff, There is definitely some benefits having a successful channel 😎😎😎.
Great people get great things! The surprise gifts are the best, well deserved. This is a great video. I wish everyone a great holiday and hope Korbin doesn't get a lump of coal.🤣
This is so cool chad & team, because we get to learn so much on custom fabrication. I really like the BOOM, because of the max mechanical advantage it gives the Griz... Mega impressed that you figured out the rear suspension droop on those springs Chad! Griz is going to look so good with that low down BOOM down in there, and those 42"s are sweet...wonder if some GMC box sides are going on too? I won't get Here Comes the BOOM out of my head now today. 🤣 Thank you guys for all the videos...more please!
You will love the kneeling pads also great when standing for long periods. Your sons Sheraton amazing young men, I’m certain you are proud of them and what they can accomplish with a bit of your guidance and love of family. I truly thank you Chad and your entire family for wonderful content I enjoy watching.
Here in the UK the the alignment bar you were using is called a Podger bar ,and for drilling out misaligned holes you need a core drill bit it has three or four flutes and doesn’t snatch like a dual flute drill bit originally used by machinists to open up holes in castings where the hole was not round or had odd lumps or protrusions
TWO BOYS AND DAD KINDA WARMS YOUR HEART . Then mom steps in . Dingaling dingaling it's Christmas time in the where ever they are ! Iron Clad coming through. Great gear . Can't wait to see the wrecker. 👍🤘💪✌💛👌😁🏁 ☝🙏☝. 🎄🎅☃
Rooting for you on this next off-road tournament Matt’s off-road puts on ! Even tho there’s a ford motor in there I guess it could be worse… well I don’t know how worst it could get haha but good looking truck , looking forward to see the build continue!!
ChadsFab has been a place of serenity for me. The crew's patience and methodical approach have made me think more about my own approach to my projects. The real kicker for me is the crew's automotive wiring technique. I've always wondered how is it possible to do something that complicated and know I know. Thank you, ChadsFab, and a Merry Christmas to all of you. 😄❤👍
Griz is definitely coming along nicely. A late February finish date will be doable right? It'll be interesting to see if you end up bobbing the front end. It won't be as straight forward as a square body but I'm sure you all can pull it off.
Chad, this definitely was a productive day for sure . The teamwork was so much fun to watch, so thanks for sharing and stay safe, guys, and of course, Mom too😊
just want to tell you, it is such a pleasure to watch your channel. "Family" seems so tight together and super polite to each other. I sure wish other folks would watch you all. Such a super family. Sure love you all in Jesus' name.... God bless. Rev. Gerald Tew, NC
It just like Chad and his family. Give us all a wonderful video of there projects. Just amazing!!!! Thank you Chad and team. I’m really excited to see the tow truck finished look
Chad, I just wanted to let you know that my wife and I enjoy watching your videos. But we really like your end quotes. This world needs to hear them all.
As always, all of you are an inspiration to anyone who dreams big and has the drive to accomplish those big dreams. I am thankful that there are wholesome families like yours out there. Thanks for sharing and I hope you have a blessed holiday.
That’s a huge boom. Love the joking, poor Korbin. Haha he’s learning from good strong people that care about him. God Bless and have a Merry Christmas 😊
today video was awesome, seeing Griz really taking shape with the Boom, those wheels look amazing on the truck too, thanks once again for sharing this with us
Nice part about your boom is the size & less weight over all. Getting exciting now I bet! I always love when the big items start going on. I know the last 20% takes 90% of the time & redesigning to make things work just right but thats where all those sleepless nights dreaming of the fit & function pays Off Bigtime!
Chad, cut the fenders and insert a section in the middle to place the tire in the center of the wheel well, this will also give you move room for the radiator. Would also be an interesting look.
Things are looking good guys. Happy to see progress. There is a misconception that flex is bad. Flex can be an important way to dissipate energy. Be careful taking all of the flex out of the frame. Especially given that every bit you are adding is welded in. Gussets are good to resist the wrong type of bending motion but overly stiffening things may introduce a failure point somewhere else.
Chad fad and family happy thank giving and happy holidays I'm enjoying your videos when I see your family always into building things.Aloha from Hawaii, God bless you and your family.
What a family ! no trivial arguments, just good workaholics that are so much fun and interesting to watch. They are so blessed with knowledge and share it in a way most people couldn’t even think about doing it. Love you all. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to all.
Who does not love extra time with Chads Fab? Well I see no hands up, only thumbs up!👍 I would be happy to give an Hr of my time to watch Chad's Fab for every video put out why, because the content is that good! I'll be waiting to see whats next for Griz. Til next time, see you then. 😊
Everyone around them parts needs a wrecker it would seem. I reckon Fab Rats have the win so far in saying that it seems Rory's old Trail Mater gets all jobs done so does MORR. Itll be real interesting to see the end product here so far its looks cool. They're all very cool rigs and they all seem like decent people makes for some great yt videos👍🇦🇺✌
The first thing you learn when you pick a wrench is you need the patience of a thousand dads, chances are you are going to end up doing the same thing 3 or 4 times before it is right. I feel chad sight when the welding machine went off is the embodiment of that. He went from stressed to chill, but it looks like when you turn the volume down from 50 to 49... there is a difference, you just can't tell.
Been watching this build for so long and gotta say I was pretty excited about seeing those tires go on also! It sure seems you guys did get on a roll and got so much accomplished! I am super excited to see this finished now! Super cool family project!
I just want to hear that 73 fire. So jealous, had to replace my 6.2 in my 2014 super duty, cost me an arm and a leg for a rusty boat anchor out of a plow truck. Would love to have that 7.3
