You can list them by interest rate, minimum monthly payment, utilization percent, balance amount. The reason we prefer listing them by minimum monthly payment is because we want to turn our minimum monthly payment into cash flow. So the credit card with the highest monthly minimum will be your debt weapon/tool. To gain the most cash flow. Hope this helps.

@@lb507Don't forget to leave payments for loans, rent, mortgage in your checking account. This only applies if velocity banking with a credit card(s). PLOC and HELOC give you the flexibility to park your entire income in the line. Have a great day.

The big banks don't offer PLOC's. The only big bank the offers a PLOC is US Bank and that's because US Bank is a relationship based bank. Also the interest on their PLOC is around 15%.

Chase no kk her offers plocs. US bank does and you can apply via the app. When I applied for my ploc with a credit union union I had to apply via desktop. Hope this helps . 😊

First start with building your credit. I would start with the Discover It secured card. Second I would start looking into infinite banking because it sounds like you're doing well.

Question- what if I have multiple credit card payments , i can’t pay them with another credit card. plus my car note do I sit that money aside as well as my rent/mortgage payment ?

If you apply and get a ploc, you can pay the cards off in 15 minutes. Then deposit your income into the ploc. I do as christy and keep my checking account at $0 and all my payments go through my ploc. My checking account basically is my ploc. With a ploc you can also make chunk payments to your car and eventually gain the cash flow from the car payment. Hope this helps . 😊

Hi Vann, Hypothetically, if you have 400k paid off house and use Heloc as down payment on a second house, how would you execute velocity banking on the second house? Will bank allow two Heloc to be outstanding? If so, do we divide our income and deposit into two Heloc accounts?
