Completed 12000 kms in 5 months ….in last month November in 7 days completed 4000 kms …not a single issue just top up DEF ….what a machine …excellent to drive

True, but seats are comfortable for long journey. Mine first impression was also the same, if seats are comfortable or not .However after driving it for 1500km in 21 hours I found the seats good.
Yes u can definitely be adventurous and attack corners and the front row passengers will be at ease but the middle and last row passengers will never ever board the vehicle again !

I will tell u why .... Wen u try to push it hard white cutting in the corners , the rear end weight should nt be too far otherwise it tends to wave in directions .....
Hello sir, as you have told about the positives of cars i want to ask u about one negative issue about this same car, as i have purchased it 15 days back, i am facing an issue on steering and acceleration pad, while driving it feels like something is moving inside steering and acc pad its like something is loose down there and it irritates alot. Many of them facing this same issue and i have reported this to service centre and they said they have reported to mahindra and they are working for the solution of this issue and once theyll find they will recall cars. So just wanted to know whether are u facing this weird problem. Thank you!
Nice video. Very well explained. You mentioned that the car is composed at high speeds. But I have seen few people saying that it feels unstable at 100-110 and above due to the high Center of gravity. Your thoughts on this please?
Those people need to get wheel alignment/balancing done. It can easily sustain speeds ~ 140 KMPH but again you can't ignore Physics and Indian Road conditions. Sweet Spot for Scprpio-N is 110-120 KMPH. BTW I own Top end 4WD model and have driven 20000 KMs.
No point buying diesel if you think of resale. It still sells bcoz a car is a emotional toy for many car lovers. You can still buy If you can drive 15,000+ every year for 5-6 years, it will beat petrol model price difference, although resale will be doubtful 5-6 years from now, but still might sell. If you can drive it for 10 years, it will still be worthwhile, because diesel Suvs are fun yet economical, thats the market case for people buying it. But still, forget resale comparison in 2023, because 10 years from now, a petrol scorpio might still sell for 7-10 lacs at that time, but diesel car will be scrap iron price.
Diesel as a fuel might not be banned but Diesel cars will certainly be banned in 10 years, alteast in metros.. & Suppose by some miracle, its not banned, even then the sentiment in resale market will be negative, which is already showing in resale price. I have Diesel vehicles, I won't be buying another except in the scenerios in my previuos comment.
Nothing can beat a diesel... My friend just got his XUV 7OO tuned, equipped with the 2.2L mHawk Diesel engine and now it produces close to 240HP and over 550Nm of pulling force. For instance, it sprints to 100kmph in approximately 8 secs. While at the same time returning a fuel efficiency close to 15kmpl on average when driven sedately out on the highways. Top speed has increased to 220kmph on the ODO.
Taxes from petrol & diesel are the main source of income for the government and they will never ban ICE car's production & selling at any point of time. If otherwise occurs and EV's rule the market, the government will definitely impose huge taxes for them and EV's cost effectiveness will decline. Even at that point of time diesel cars purchased in this period will still prove economical as fuel cost may not escalate due to lower demand and abundant supply from the middle east. The only issue diesel owners will be facing is the EV's flying around them at 100 kms in 3 sec's😂 In future if technology changes both petrol & diesel cars are not going to attract any kind of second hand value and so if you are a driving enthusiast why restrict yourself now on mostly available flimsy 3 cylinder & dull 4 cylinder petrol engines.
Sorry for not for us we enjoy my newest SUV AX7 L AT AWD along with my patent fortuner i am so happy i have got this both ultimate machine no need of others if this boss are minding the roads
TC is more complicated, hence prone to fault and expense naturally heavy.. AMT given the weight of Veh. is more suited to Scorpio N. Mileage 5/6KMPL.. !
Have been driving Z8L D AT. Have completed 1000 KM. But mileage I'm getting is between 12-13. And in long I got 14 kmpl. I'm curious how you are getting 16 kmpl in mixed driving condition. Can you please explain and help me out to achieve the mileage
Hey 16 was purely at easy cruising speeds with a light right foot. In mixed use, with AC, in traffic, the economy will be around 12-13 as u said. Which isn't bad at all for a heavy SUV right
