I'm totally IN LOVE with this song because I feel identified with its lyrics. I've done so many bad things and in so many times despite my shame and my guilt God has lifted me up again reassuring me He still loves me, I'm still His daugther and I am once more FORGIVEN. this song, as well as Prince of Peace, helped me through a very tough time in my life (2015), the reminder that God was with me at the time of my suffering, when i thought i was going to die at the age of 19, and that even when fear and death were knocking, the Prince of Peace would me there and He did. I totally love this album. At the begining it was difficult for me cause I was not expecting the way they sound right now, until listening to closer than you know, God spoke to me and I started to cry. So I could experience a personal dialogue with him. If you see the lyrics are so beautiful more than any other album before. This album is about that, to experience a personal relationship with God's Love. Its true the songs are not "churchables" but I suggest you this: Close the dolor of your room and start to pray God with this album in the background, and later tell us what you lived.

Sometimes the spirit speaks verbally through me or presents a visual image or something physically happens around me or I'm commanded to pray for something unseen before me. This song is anointed, no doubt. I played the song on my iphone yesterday and sang along with it yesterday in the prison cell where Paul spent time in Rome. I have never felt the spirit stronger. I also played (and sang along) all the other songs on this album while walking the streets of Rome. Thanks also for your albums in Español because the spirit directed me, a blue eyed gringo, to learn that language last year for an unknown reason and your songs have made the language live in my heart with a spiritual power that I can't explain in words.

This album in General is just great. My favorite song definitely has to be Even When It Hurts. And I'm glad it came out this week because as a catholic I am confirming and just hearing this album has been a blessing and preparing me for my big day :)

This was God's word to me earlier this year, that He'll be with me through whatever and wherever I go. And to have this song now, it's such a beautiful reminder and reassurance for me and I just thank God.

This is such a powerful song. I can't explain the ministration of the holy spirit that this song brings to me. God bless you Hillsong, may he continue to use your music to touch hearts around the world and cause many to live for God's glory. While I was listening to this song I had a motive put into my heart. I still have it. I want to sing this song in public and share the wonders of Gods music. The power it has. Theres a coffee shop close to my house called white rhino and theres people that take their instruments and sing, when I saw it, it seems cool. I never thought I would picture myself singing there but I do. I vision this song through the holy spirit at least touch one person. If not ever person that walks through those doors. Pray that God use me to sing his song. That my lips be anointed. My heart and mind be clear from any distraction that the enemy want to put into my mind while singing. I can already see myself being touched while singing. I realized that this motive thats in my heart might be for myself. Lord continue strengthening me. YOU ARE ALL I NEED.
