Here's how I fixed my Toro Weed Line Trimmer Gas Line which shut off sounding lean with full tank 

It sounded like it ran out of gas, but the tank was full so I suspected the line and it was difficult to find the break but i did find it and replaced the line. This video shows the start up. Also start up a big saw, forget the type off hand but it sounds pretty cool like a dirtbike. Neat little engine for something, not the best chainsaw but does cut through some big wood.
