Well guys, here it is! Lately, I've been getting a lot of messages and comments regarding what I've done to the exhaust on my Gen 5 Camaro SS. So, I figured I'd do a detailed video of my set up AND some sound clips. I hope you guys find this video informative and entertaining!

Sound good same like mine too with just headers straight pipes sound so loud but after cam got double louder with the shopping it's just amazing

Personally the flowmasters take away from what it can truly sound like and its potential. I run HFC with stock manifolds and npp exhaust with H pipe and sounds waaay better than this alot more aggressive and deep tone not raspy. Zl1 npp quad tip is where its at.

5th gens are so much nicer imo… and slightly roomier which is nice. Ls power! I got a 5th gen 2013 2ss rs and it’s bone stock.. man I wanna mod like now!

Mine is a 2015 Camaro ss, kooks 1 7/8 long tube headers, corsa cat backs exhaust, stage 4 cam and a tune. Her name is cammy and she screems!

Dude, yes, camming the car makes this sound like thunder. It really does enhance the sound, ESPECIALLY AT IDLE. I need to budget myself for a cam!

I just have the 3.6 but long tube headers with open cats were my biggest mod to date. I paired mine with an x pipe, Mbrp muffler delete and left the stock resonators. Still has some rasp but I’m going to swap the x pipe for a resonated magnaflow x pipe. I have all this paired with with a CAI, ported TB and manifold, with a manifold spacer. Tune is my next stop. SS is my next purchase so I’m digging the how to videos!

is there any difference between the years in the 5th gens i’m looking at 2010 and 2012 2ss right now

I'm going to do a detailed video on this at a later point. But physically, nothing has changed. The only real differences are seen in the interior components like the steering wheel, center console, etc. I think 2011 up had heads up displays too. Performance I believe is the same.

Yes. 2011 got heads up display, 2012 got different steering wheel, power pass seat and some interior modifications. Not much change.

No bro, but I recommend you do. I haven't done it yet because i wanted to wait for the cam to do it all at once. But I strongly recommend that you tune that to remove codes and for maximum efficiency
