Thanks for the video. My trailer came with the crappy plastic cover too. I'm surprised the trailer builders choose to use such garbage. Really makes you wonder about where else they cut corners!?
I bought 2 from eBay for $29.00 includes shipping. When installing the small screws that hold the screen up I'd suggest using 2 people. In either case when reinstalling it would be a good idea to wrap the head of the screws with tape and the other portion to a screw driver taping them together. It will make it MUCH easier guiding the screws in place. Also , install during daylight with the cover open. The light illuminates the hole making reinstallation easier.

I was going to have to do this myself but didn't know where to get the things or exactly how to remove them. I've got one that's still intact with the other one is cracking and held together with duct tape. Where did you get those they look to be the same size as mine? If you could give me a link to buy them that would be awesome if not just the name of where you bought them through :-)

I wish. They are a non-standard size. A Philips head would have been just too easy, than the job would not last 2h and people would change the roof. Nope. Vent company finds a penta screw in Bangkok and imports their entire stock and starts using them. Amazing. I wish I could have the idiot in my hands who put these in there. 2 households, one mechanic and neither of us has the correct tool to remove it. I'm going to cut a groove and remove it with a flat head and get new - PHILIPS bolts in there. I'm sure trailer will fall apart due to this but I take my chances.
