There are official LEGO Animal Crossings sets coming in March 2024 but I'm still hella proud of my own MOC version that I built a few years ago. And as my voice is broken this week, I decided to put together a compilation of the build process 👍🏻. You can bet your sweet patootie that I'll be adding the new sets to my own when they're released.
If you've just dropped by, I'm Ellie! Lego is an artistic medium and no matter your building expertise there is something here for everyone. Stick around and I'll build for you while I review new sets and create my own customs (MOCs). I tend to geek out about new pieces, get excited about learning new and interesting building techniques, giggle too much and just generally ramble. I'm easily distracted so things can get a bit hectic, but I'm sure you're down for that.

I absolutely love how each of these sets is about one of the animal villagers. One of my least favorite things about New Horizons was how the Neighboring Villagers are limited to what they can talk about. Lazy Villagers mostly discuss stereotypical gross things like bugs in their house, and Peppy Villagers run their mouths about fashion and being Pop Stars. It got super predictable. But these LEGO sets gave each villager something fun to do, weather that be a birthday party, house, or outside activities. It makes them feel like their own people, instead of just being 1 of 8 personality traits.

Hey Ellie! That white smoke piece has proven to be so very versatile, as it can also be ice cream and snowballs. If "sproings" isn't the official name, it should be!😂 Your shrubs apple tree (you embiggened it well) are standouts in an all-around great build!💕

I do not play Animal Crossing personally, but I did buy a Switch and the game for my best friend. She enjoys it a lot. All I know is that Del shares the same birthday as I do. Nice build, as usual! Do take care of yourself....
