First off... if you're not into cars and neither are your dates, who cares about impressing other people? On the plus side, I'm looking forward to your review of the product. Not because I think we should be aiming to impress people, but just to properly take care of what you have.
To be honest with you all Meguiars products are good in my opinion and prices range depending where you buy them from so you can find it for a good deal occasionally
Hey I just bought a Cadillac and for the first time I have leather seats. So can you over condition the seats? I like to clean my vehicles weekly and should I be conditioning every time I clean the seats?
I have a Buick with leather when it turned scorching hot the seats cracked. I did switch to lexol. It leaves the seats so are sticky have to pull yourself out. I went back to meguair gold Class My Caddy and Silverado are leather as well. I just bought turtle wax mist. Not so fond how-it works.
That’s coated leather. Applying conditioner does not “soak” in after a few days into the leather. What usually happens is people sit in it and it gets wiped on their clothing. “Conditioners” that are applied to coated leather just sit on the top layer. It may add shine but it does not penetrate the coat. Good video on showing us your cleaning routine.
@@NJ-750nah you wrong… you come back after 24 hours it will be different. Then wipe off excess. Some will get in when it is thirsty. Don’t be a hater if leather was non porous then sure but it is a fibre, treated or not it will allow for some absorption.
At 2:45 seconds I showed the spray cleaners if you missed that part! I use Meguiars gold class cleaner and conditioner. All products that I used I show in the video! Hope this helps
Brushes are good to get into tuff spots and into the leather grain! All car seats are different and so are the condition of the seats some need brushes others might not.
