You have great videos. I contacted him for tiles, he responded well but he stopped. These companies have to realize that we have to ask questions if we live in America because we are not there. The seller have to understand that, I was willing to buy 10k + ( America money) worth of tiles from him, but had to go to a seller in Lagos, which was willing to send pictures and give prices. I was very specific on which tile I wanted which made it easy for him, but the patience of the seller is needed for people who are living abroad. We need good customer service. He educated me on both videos, very well but had to go else where. But it's OK, it just wasn't meant to be.
