Does this one go to slow RPM'S once the bolt or nut breaks loose also,,? They have so many dam numbers for the same tool,,and the bigger unit with 750 lbs of torque ,,seen several and confused on what Makita is what now. Help
@DavesShop
@DavesShop 3 года назад
Hi Douglas, that's a great question I couldn't find a good answer to your question but my experience with the tool if the RPM changes after the nut breaks loose I didn't notice when using the tool. That said I think the torque would adjust once the nut breaks loose. Thanks for taking the time to watch the video and comment. Merry Christmas

Jason, Sorry for the delay response just getting over covid. I gave this to my father so he could change the tires on his Chevy truck and it did great with no issues. It's an impact with 420 pounds of nut busting, let's see it nut bust. If I want to drive screws I will get out my driver.

I have used it since on changing a trailer tire just didn't have a nut to bust at the time of the video. Thanks for commenting and taking the time to watch the video.

@@DavesShop I have been waiting for a good mid torque cordless impact. I watched a video for the previous version that was supposed to be around 290 nut busting and it could not undo a nut torqued to 170. Torque the nut on the trailer and lets see it break it loose.
