Brother I'm from Brazil, I'm watching your videos 'cause I'm learning and improving my English, the recycle make part of my life for a long time two years from now I'll moving to USA and who knows I can open my recycle company in Boston. Keep doing your job very well. God bless you buddy
Thanks a lot for adding the information about bottle bill to your video. As I'm watching from Berlin Germany 🇩🇪 recycling reality here is different: As the customer pays in-between 8 cents (per glass beer bottles multiple use) to 25 cents (per big one-way used plastic bottles) per bottle, therefore the customer is more interested to bring back the bottles to the shop to get back the deposit. So you won't be able to collect such an amount of bottles and cans from dumpsters, bins, trash cans or just from the streets or in park areas here in Germany. I won't say there are no recycling cans and bottles but I would say depending on my own experience less than 10% of your numbers if not only 5%...
Interesting...and with those higher redemption rates , do you see the impact consumption habits? Do people also consume less bottled beverages from single use plastic containers?
@@therecyclingguy256 The government expected to reduce the numbers of any single use bottles and cans but that didn't happen. Unfortunately, on the contrary, the numbers are rising dramatically. As all energy drinks and other mixed beverages are produced in cans only, this might be one point...? For sure it's harder to handle glass bottles then plastic ones or even cans.
