The thing with "RETAIL PRICE" is that the item is never actually retail price. Even new releases, the day they hit the floor are at least 25% off, or BOGO 1/2 OFF. Kohls, Macys, Dress Barn, etc. many of these stores scam customers by inflating "RETAIL PRICE" in order to trick people into thinking the item is worth more. There have been many consumer investigations into the historical prices of items. Investigations show that on most items, the item was never for sale at full retail value, EVER!!! Lots of class action lawsuits for this very reason. That being said, Rabbit, your prices are still fair and reasonable. Thanks for the videos.

I do calculated shipping, because I'm in Connecticut and the prices can vary so much depending on the area shipped to. It's more fair to all buyers. I'll do free shipping (built into the price) if it is something that I know goes Flat Rate.

Who gives a crap about what price you charge because ultimately the customer decides what they will tolerate. This is what happens in a competing market. If the buyer is not happy they will buy from somebody else.

Suggestion for the single shoes. I know people that have had feet or legs amputated need only single shoes. Maybe contact some kind of medical that can suggest for you where to donate them.

Think your shop would have better selling success if you didnt sell everything at the exact price stores sell them at. Why buy from ebay if you can get the same thing for same price at walmart or target etc.

I know this is an old video but I have you on in the background while I list. I no longer do free shipping on most* items. I used to be a die hard free shipping seller because of the psychological aspects. But I noticed a few things and I tested it on 2 accounts. It seemed like when I was charging shipping I was selling more. However I was charging discounted shipping and incorporated the rest of the cost into the item price per usual. So everyone may be selling an item for $20 plus $8 shipping and I list mine for $24 plus $4 shipping. It seems like people look at the shipping cost and think “wow, how can he ship this for only $4 when everyone else is charging way more.” I started testing this because a few times talking to family or friends they were telling me how they got a great deal on whatever online like I got this $100 toy for only $70 but of course it cost $30 for shipping. I just stared at them wondering how I could be associated with someone so stupid. Then I kept seeing the same conversations in Facebook groups. I think people now realize things like 0.99 and free shipping are psychological, so they view prices like 0.97 and shipping charges as honest sellers now who are charging the lowest they can and selling items at their true value. Not understanding that eBay can sort items by lowest price first 😂😂😂. I will do free shipping if I look at completed and the vast majority of sold listings had free shipping because that tells me the demographic may be more susceptible to purchasing items with free shipping.
