I would disagree with Hassan on the 'apology thing'. An apology is meant to be an APOLOGY, and even though I'm a huge Amna Ilyas fan, I felt it was not right to put it that way. Conditional appologies, justifying apologies, blame-shifting apologies are 'not' genuine apologies!

I dont know why is Hassan justifying Amna Ilyas's video. What Amnah Ilyas said wasnt creative at all. It was an insensitive apology. Apology comes from heart , thats it. And it doesnt have to be 'creative'.

Amna Ilyaas's apology felt like she's justifying her behaviour. If she's so loud about being bullied because of her dark skin and facing whatever she faced because of it, she should've just simply apologized and accepted she was wrong. What if all those people who bullied her start making such ridiculous videos too? It was just stupid.

I agree with aamna on aamna ilyas' video.....personally i found it obnoxious....her attitude was wrong.....and even her explanation...she didn't apologize instead argued....i am not the same person....aise to saare bolein main wo nahin jo do second pehle tha....do din pehle tha ...do saal pehle tha....neither was she apologetic about shaming people throughout life....also that was unneeded....all her explanations went above my head.....she's put me off really...

Amna Ilyas' apology sounded like she was completely trivializing the whole issue. Like it is okay to shame people for their physical attributes until that day when you are way into adulthood and you realize that you're being marginalized because of one physical attribute of yours. And that is when you should fight all the regressive ideals because suddenly you are a different person. She said 'apni maa k pait se koi ethics seekh k nahi aata' which I totally agree with. She had an opportunity here to be that said lesson in ethics to so many young girls and women or community in general who look up to her because of the fight she put up against our current beauty standards. She blew that away and instead did this which as Amna Isani said shifted the discussion away from the core issue.

I agree with Amna here on the apology video. An apology is given with humility and the fact that you feel bad about what you said. That was not an apology it was more of a my side of the story. An apology should be sincere not funny. Keep the focus on the matter and not on the style.

It didn’t seem like it was an apology from Amna Ilyas.. in fact she further mocked the “kala” and the “mota” with a reference to paratha. I agree with Aamna (Isani) here that her apology was not sincere. Wasn’t even an apology.

Hassan i have a suggestion for you, you look SOOO good when you wear plain solid shirts, which you wear very less often as compared to printed striped shirts. Rather than buying white shirts which i agree the other person cannot tell if its new or its the same old one, why if you buy plain solid cotton shirts of different colours, preferably dark, like khaaki or blue, you will look very GOOD in them. ( it was just my observation from a lil period of time xD, so i thought why dont i share it with you),i hope you wont mind :)

Great video once again, so much to talk about. 1. Hassan I support you that first few minutes were the most entertaining amazing cute moments of the video. I loved it and laughed hard: Amna’s hair do and dress were equally amazing. My mother-in-law is not a highly educated woman, but she is a big fan of dramas: she not only likes your commentary but also Amna’s dressing and her jewellery very much. She loves Amna, she was amazed to know that she is a mother of two. She prayed for the whole family. 2. You guys are educating people how to treat other people. If people want to be share things with public, they have a right to do so, but if they want to keep it private, let’s respect their choice. 3. I was uncomfortable with Amna Illyas’ apology. you don’t need to be creative with apology. She should have shown more maturity and seriousness. She realized her mistake only after trolling. As a public person, she must be more responsible, it is a lame excuse that nobody learns from mother’s womb. I’m disappointed because the way she was apologizing didn’t seem convincing due to her time, her delivery of the message.

Amna's video was weird because she didn't seem apologetic to me. It's weird how she went on to describe all the ways she'd describe fat people. Like, do you really have to repeat all those words? She didn't seem apologetic when she said those words, she seemed smug about it. Her attitude was more like as if she was rolling her eyes rather than genuinely being apologetic for saying those things. Which is fine, idc if she's rolling her eyes but why post a video then? She might as well have just ignored everything, we didn't need that.

Also just wanna point out that there were too many ads in this! Like WAY to many, it was kinda getting annoying. There was an add after every 2 mins i wonder why. Overall a fun episode.

Amna Ilyas has been my favorite model since forever. I was always happy to see a dusky complexion like myself have representation in such a field. I also understand you evolve and become a better person. She could have just said k it was wrong on her part and she has become better than she was 2 years ago. That would have been a better apology.

33:54 yes Aamna I agree with you , I also disliked the way she created the content ..why did she bring up those impolite words over and over to audience & she didn't stop at one expression rather she brought up specific situations where she used them. 🤭 Pretty offensive though !!! I was not at ease while listening to initial few minutes of her video .. Lastly; the last scene of mota paratha aur oper say kala bhee message nullified all her confession that she has changed for good ...YET SHE DID THE SAME IN THE END .... she could have said yeh paratha jala hua ha aur poora baila nahi gya ...And could probably make her point by saying that I could use mota and kala for paratha as it has no feelings , but I m learning to be politer even to non living things. we can be objective but in a politer way.. That's when we inherent politeness as a characteristic ..

I'm sorry to say but Aamna ILyas's video was not a creative apology. Tbh it didn't feel like an apology at all. It doesn't matter when one made an inappropriate joke. She made a joke, somebody got hurt, she owes them an apology. Saying, "I'm sorry BUT I'm not the person who made that joke." One doesn't and should not apologize that way. It's extremely insensitive sounds very insincere.

It was a defensive video absolving her current self, but it was not an apology. If a proper apology were included it would have been more graceful and would have gotten her point across. She isn’t apologetic for herself, instead it seemed like she was lauding herself for her growth- again this wasn’t supposed to be about her it was supposed to be about the person she criticised.
