Unfortunately I think the reality is that at least 1 of these fights won’t happen. There’s almost a guarantee that someone will have to pull out of the 2nd or 3rd bracket due to an injury in the previous fight that won’t have enough time to heal before the next fight. So I’m not getting too hyped yet.
@@codetheartisttv3880 Not when they have to potentially fight an even harder opponent only 4-5 weeks later. Not only would any fighter be stupid to enter a fight with an injury, but the doctors who run medical checks on them constantly would not allow it to go ahead. So yeah I agree true warriors fight through pain, you kind of missed the point about why that pain is going to cause problems for the next set of fights.
Andddd I told you so. Austin just got injured fighting Gib so he’s now unable to fight in the next 2 events within the runner up bracket. Don’t be surprised if another injury happens in the next event either, just hopefully not for someone who wins or is about to go to the finals. Maybe they’ll bring in a decent replacement for McBroom anyways.
1. Gib 2. King Kenny 3. Tom Zanetti 4. Whindersson Nunes 5. Austin McBroom 6. My Mate Nate 7. Jarvis 8. Mystery That's the way I think this tournament will end. Though I think we could see some upsets and possible pullouts as well.
Just to be clear cause they kept saying the winner of the runner up match got 2nd, shouldn't they be considered 3rd under the loser of the winners final cause they either lost to said loser or also lost to the champ
@@tsgrapiidz6970 false, Tom is an arm puncher that doesn't have the stamina to box, slim allowed him to have all the success he had in that fight by allowing it to be a scrap, Jarvis is technically smart enough to avoid such a brawl and pick his face open with jabs
is logan paul in the weight range of this? if he is, i dont know why they dont jump on the opportunity to sign him up as the mystery fighter since his nate diaz fight just fell through
I can’t believe you said Mcbroom beats gib 😑 Gib has been going at it this entire time while austin took a break off from everything for months. There’s no way Gib loses.
"Coin toss on Gib and Jarvis" Come on man Gib beats the fk out of both Mcbroom and Jarvis. Jarvis literally fought a tiktoker who doesn't know how to box and suddenly he can stand up to Gib like come on man
Hyping tom up a bit too much, I don't think he even gets past Jarvis. he poses almost no threat if you don't just stand and brawl with him like an idiot
Zanetti is hugggeeee man. He’s a much bigger guy than Austin and cracks. With that being said. If zanetti doesn’t change his gas tank. I see gib outlasting him to a refs stoppage
You're gassing Tom Zanetti way too much, anybody with an ounce of Boxing skill should school him easily. He's a big stiff bodybuilder with zero technique who will be blowing out of his arse after 1 round.
Mark my words, Jarvis will have a terrible showing, especially against Zaneti, Gib, Whinderson and anyone else who is ready to scrap. Bec he defends with his face. He is the most overrated
This isn't really a loser's bracket format because you don't have the chance to compete at finals if you lose one match. Whereas normally the winner of loser's bracket faces the winner of winner's bracket. But then winner's bracket should be given an advantage which is I guess hard to apply to boxing I guess. Like normally the loser's bracket winner has to win 2 times in order to win the tournament but that'd mean that they make another event for the 2nd fight.
So they did random outcomes, community bias outcomes and underdog outcomes. Why not do outcomes of what they actually think will happen based on their insights and fight knowledge?
@@ammar675 easier said than done. Zanetti will win this thing, he’s a bloke and the rest are boys. He’s also boxed for the least amount of time so will improve at a faster rate
@@allusivestorm762 based on their last performance, I don't think it'll end in a decision at all. However, just because of what Gib did to Mcbroom in their last fight, doesn't mean he'll be able to do it this time. Austin does have the potential to get a TKO or even KO win. I think Gib will run through him again because of the loss of confidence in Mcbroom's part, but legitimately could go completely the other way
@@KNullHypothesis I think mcbroom wasn’t in the best head space going into the last fight and think he’ll be much more prepared this time. Think it’s gonna be a decision victory for either
Gib isn’t skilled enough to go all the way through the tournament so I’d rate him last. It will either be Austin or Jarvis. I’m willing to bet on Jarvis because he’s been under Floyd’s wing for years now. He will have a little ring rust but I can see him shocking everyone with his IQ and boxing ability.
Instead of announcing the mystery fighter they should have kept him disguised throughout the whole tourney so he remains a mystery until the end, would have been more entertaining. Still he’s got an mma background so who knows maybe he can box too
How would yall feel about if a loser can come up from the loser bracket and being able to win the tournament ? That would be too many fights but it would be fun
