I used to have a 2015 Wigo G and man that was an amazing budget car. Took it to Baguio and Isabela loaded. No issues. Like what you mentioned it loves to rev. Never ako binitin ng ganun kaliit na makina kahit loaded. Feeling mo nagaadjust sya depende sa load. 😂 Also used that in driving for Grab. Di na lang kasi kami kasya ng dumami na sa family and seeing a very much crumpled Wigo in Tagaytay due to an accident scared the hell out of me. It was almost unrecognizable. I do miss that Wigo though.
Thank u Sir Reygan for featuring the Wigo, a true 'people's car' 👍. Personally I prefer the Honda Brio bec of a more powerful engine, but the Wigo beats it in terms of a higher ground clearance 😊 My brother is a proud owner of a Wigo and he really loves his 'Wigee' 👏
Great review sir Rey, however something that small scares me, if you are ever hit by another car. But everyone loves the honest reviews. I see your Sub's are going up you seem to be on the right track with reviews of cars people can actually afford.
Agree. Although it’s a nice and practical idea to drive a small car in the city, especially with the ridiculous fuel prices nowadays, it’s a bit worrying to drive on Edsa or any other big roads used by buses and trucks.
Sir Rey I think there is a key inserted in the keyfob that you can use to open the lift gate, but yet still not intuitive haha...correct me if I'm wrong....nice review sir Rey!
Can you please do a review for Chevrolet Spark before they remove it in their line up this 2022. That is the only small hatchback that didn't have a review in this channel. 🥺
Soft/Light po ba ang steering ng Wigo? I've seen videos yung POV na hindi kusang bumabalik yung steering wheel, kailangan pa talaga kabigin sa original position nya.
Nc review, can you review suzuki celerio? Pinag pipilian ko kasi wigo and celerio matagal nyo na po ako subscriber since scarlet days thank you and more reviews ❤️
Go for Celerio, Kia Picanto or Honda Brio. If you dont want vibrations for 3 cylinder Celerio is a win. While if you like 4 cylinder Picanto or Brio is better.
the wigo 2022 model should change its door handle to grip type not that old type handle, a higher ground clearance, say add some mm height to it the better, a 15 inch tire range the better and the gas cap should be round then sure it is a new sigth to behold.
Sir Rey, you said heavy rush hour traffic in makati and you did 13km per liter. How on earth did you achieve that? Im a new owner of a brand new wigo and the best I could do on a lets say medium and not heavy traffic is around 8 to 9km per liter with AC on. I look forward to your reply, thank you in advance sir.
@@ReygansRides hmmm now thats confusing. Coz you specifically said on the video during a heavy rush hour makati city traffic, you achieved 13km/ liter and on a highway run is 22km/ liter. I dont know what to believe now, oh well. Thanks anyway.
@@theshadowrblx9924 most fuel eco runs are subjective, depending on the road conditions, elevation, type of fuel used, average speed, load, and driver behavior during the run. It is meant as a guide and not a hard rule. That is why experiences may vary.
@@theshadowrblx9924 as I said, FC is subjective, and figures I said are meant as a guide, not a hard rule. Your Wigo is brand new. That means less than 2k km mileage. Still within the break in period. FC should improve moving forward. The video was shot over a year ago, during MECQ. So heavy traffic now is not the same heavy traffic then.
It’s too bad variants like these are still pretty much the same thing with claddings and stickers instead of actual upgraded units. These feel like posers pretending to look fast. But I guess that’s just me. I’d pick a sleeper any day.
