"The sauce" has to be one of the top 3 eminem diss tracks. I remember making a mix tape at that time with the battles that were going on.With tracks aimed at Everlast, Moby, Fred Durst, Canibus, ICP and Ja Rule, this track was my fave track. He exposed Benzino, "The Source" and Dave Mays. I'm from Boston but wasn't a fan with how "The Source" had become corrupted at that time. It used to be HipHop heads fave place to go to for the latest HipHop news and album reviews. I was a fan of some of RSO's tracks but Em str8 up put Benzino to shame...he destroyed him...Benzino a guy whose crew was responsible for most of the dirt that was going down in Boston at time . Lol I'm pretty sure if EM came to Boston to perform during that time, Em's show would have been shot up but I would have still gone to see one of the best lyricists to ever hold a Mic. Vintage EM is up there with Biggie,Pac, Black Thought, Nas, and Jay Z. *****On a side note, Nick Cannon's diss track to EM, where he has the sample of EM saying things about "black girls" is such unoriginal garbage. All Nick is doing is smoking weed on that track and EM's hook takes up Nick's whole song. C'mon Nick, come with better material than that. Lol Nick has come up with better material on his show"Wild Out" I'm a black man, i love Black women and all women for that matter. Em's situation was he was in love with a black female and when he tried to get with her, she shot him down. So a broken hearted Eminem did that track for her but made the mistake of generalizing it to all black girls...lol i don't think he thought he would ever get that famous where that track would get exposed. He gets a pass in my book. C'mon now, he reps the D, a beautiful and mostly black city. He would not get the love he gets from so many people if he really believed what was on that track hook. It was him and his boys (who were mostly black) messing around with a track. Whether you forgive him or not. We have all said stupid ish when upset,hurt or broken hearted.

It was out of 5 mics. So he’s saying before a 4/5 was rare and meant you were a legend, or the owner of the magazine. But now a 3.5/5 is the lowest rating someone will get cause it doesn’t mean anything anymore. And he’s saying that they fucked over him on his 2 albums by not giving him a 4/5 or 5/5 even though they were rated so high by the public.
