Zirkzee at this price, and age is the type of player Liverpool would've signed in the Klopp era early on, which is exactly what you want to see happen. He has all the talent, and his career trajectory is not straightforward. Perfectly said Mark, in that if Zirkzee succeeds, then great, and if he doesn't, then it doesn't mean its the wrong type of signing.

Martial wasn't a bad player for us ,just that he was unlucky with injuries .When it comes to football IQ and been gifted,Martial is a player Rashford wished he was .I can even go further by telling you that Ronaldo ,Berbatov,and Martial were the most gifted strikers we have ever had in recent times ... They want " best in class" SJR will not allow an average coach or one that creates problems to run the Club into the ground and ETH has created a number of headaches since his arrival that a good MGR would have dealt with . So he has been given another chance and it's up to him to make a success of it , obviously 8th again and he won't survive.

I see a different type of Cantona in this player, his def touches are just incredible and gives us options up front. I can see an immediate impact in this player, we get him at the start of peaking. And I thought with Holland vs England I saw he found space very quickly and had he been on in extra time England would have been in trouble. Finally, as for Leno he should look at Ronaldo who when joining his final destination was always Real, Fergie did hold him for one final season.....Leno should consider that as a spring board to Real.

Maybe not realistic but if I was Zirkzee I would 💯 skip the holiday and go on pre season.. getting familiar with your team mates and in the managers mind to start before the full squad is back is the smart move
