QUESTION: how is your energy always so high? You accomplish more in a day than I do in a week. Is it just coffee? How early do you usually wake up? I’m so curious about how you just keep going and going!
alexis thomas I wake up super early each day around 4.30-5.30. I find I get way more done. Also I am a person who runs better on less sleep and I sleep in I tend to be super sluggish. Also create a morning routine so you feel accomplished. I include in mine all my self care also empty dishwasher,food prep,put a load of washing on. Once you have a few things done you just want to keep going. Well that’s what helped me anyway 👍😘

CUTEST dogs ever....my dog gets SOOOOOOOOOO excited about new toys. He has a huge bin of toys and digs through them to find his faves. I LOVE DOGS so much.

I love the hood on roses sweater lol they both looked so cute!! & GIRL... I went into Bath and Body works for the candles and the line was out the door! I had to literally stand in line while my sister grabbed all the candles. It was a mess!
