A lot of those developed countries have a booming private sector that employs a lot of people. If people dig deep they’d understand that all those ministries was just a way to employ people. Yes, a lot of the ministries are redundant and yes a lot of them don’t do their jobs properly. All these things can be simultaneously true. The issue is that majority of us Ghanaians think the government should be the main driver of job growth and that’s not how it works in any developed country.

If you travel to Botswana,Namibia, South Africa,Angola,Rwanda to name a few they don't face these issues we face on a daily basis it's often temporary here in Ghana it's just too much. It's about time we try something new.
