Such a young band bringing decades of metal style and evolution together - Heriot are set to change the game. Especially with the added spice of Mr Lever. Absolutely face-melting
I've had this in my playlist and just not got to it, then it came on while in the gym, I had stink face on the whole time, amazing song, hope to see you guys in south Wales some time in 2024
I can not wait to hear more of this, Ive been obsessively listening to this song for the past year, I need more, its the exact style Ive been yearning for
This shit is amazing. I’ve been trying to find this sound myself for my band. It’s exactly the tone I want. Congrats on this! Fucking wonderfully original and heavy.
It was a nice sunny saturday the 17th of june in Dessel (Belgium) when I was walking down a green but somewhat dry feeld with a cold beer in my hand when I heard these black metalish sounding guitars and I thought to myself hmmm I need to check this out! Out of nowhere came a voice of an angel so I came closer and closer but then oh but then! Shiverings came down my spine when she used her real voice! Altogether full force with the whole band! One of the best day's of my life and I won't forget it... Hope to see you back in 2024 on the holy grounds @ Dessel Grasspop Metal Meeting!
CANNOT WAIT TO SEE YOU GUYS IN BRISTOL.....been on my random shuffle thing on Spotify for ages then one day 'who are these guys'...looked you up then 1.5weeks later i bought tickets...so fresh and unique sound...KEEP IT UP
Just in case you don't already know, it's not a headline tour but they're both playing Bastard Fest next month in Sheffield (headlined by Empire State Bastard and also featuring Pupil Slicer and Hidden Mothers)
Incredible track! Heriot just have their own brand and sound of heaviness and that extends even further in this after their incredible Profound Morality release, which this follows on beautifully from. We are being truly spoiled (again)!!
I am very much addicted to this beautiful work of art, just WOW!! fucking shreds, I get goosebumps every time listening to this but I can feel it inside my whole body. some sort of catharsis Id say, for real just so thankful this has been created aghhh
So I'm sure that I saw some of you in a previous band at a house show in Birmingham or am I imagining that and possibly with shai hulud at the asylum small room
Looked up this band after seeing Gough's solo on the Jackson Virtuoso demo, and I'm honestly disappointed. That demo sounded like Slayer if Kerry King actually knew what he was doing, this just kinda sounds like a watered-down Knocked Loose with better vocals. If Gough is choosing not to play solos, then I guess this is just a sub genre i don't understand, but if it isn't her choice alone, y'all really need to give her more moments in the future. I want to like this band so much, you have such great potential with the vocals and lead guitarist, I just wish the instrumentals showcased those more.
