I sorta have a feeling of when I've gone to my limit and I stop. It's just a feeling I get. Most times I'm beyond DFS as this point so it's fine.

Yes sir, it's best to avoid things that don't feel right when it comes to shaving. Yes, I own Amici and I like it. It definitely has a citrus vibe.

Baby Butt Smooth. That is to say a shave where you can feel no hair whatsoever at the surface or even a hint of it:)

It's been so many years since I used the AS-D2 I can't really say. I imagine the BBS will not be quite as mild though.

Hi Chris, My BBS Stainless razor arrived today. This is my 5th Razorock. I really like their razors. I have the Gamechanger •84 closed comb, the Gamechanger •68 open comb, the Lupo dual comb, the Lupo •72 and today the BBS. I may put the BBS and AS-D2 in a head to head shave to compare the difference. Take care mate and stay safe, Dave.

I don't know to be honest. It was loaned to me and I only used it this one time. I did not feel much blade on the face, it felt pretty mild.

I don't see any point in tempting fate. I know going against the grain on my neck doesn't usually have a good outcome with a DE razor, so I don't do it:) Knowing your own capabilities and how your skin responds to things is half the battle. I think they are generally quite good. For they money I think they are amazing.

@@IAMCDB Not "for the money". They're just excellent, regardless the price. I must always strongly object to involving the price among the factors to judge a product's quality. The price is not a function or a product feature. The price is not even a part of the product - it exists completely outside the product. The price only reflects the economy situation on the market, and as such has nothing to do with the product itself. You don't shave with the price, do you. Would you buy a poop for ¢01 just because it's free? I guess you wouldn't. If you need a car, would you buy a pen instead because it's far cheaper? No, because a pen won't take you home from your office. When I need some product, the only thing I'm interested in is its quality, safety, comfort, ergonomics, efficiency and design. If I need it, I buy it. The price can be more pleasant or less pleasant, pleasing or annoying, but I need the best quality product so I buy it, regardless of the price.

@@vladimirmach6145 You can evaulate the products the way you like and I do as well. We don't have to agree on that. That's fine. It's a great razor but it's even better because of the price. The value is exceptional and that means something to me.

Thanks Sir. I understand that everyone can't like everyone's style. David is a friend of mine and I appreciate his approach. I know some don't like it but I think this sort of variety offers something for everyone. We're not all the same and the type and style of content shouldn't be the same either. I'm sure there are many folks who might find me bland relative to David and they prefer his content over mine. Variety and diversity of content really adds to the hobby I think.
