#Trains #Railroads (12/22/23)
If you're a railfan in the Southeast, you've most certainly heard of the Hartwell Railroad, the most random amalgamation of old locomotives you'll ever find. Their roster ranges from Conrail to the DRGW, and this rare collection of units you won't find anywhere else has made the Hartwell a must-see for many railfans. I am one of those railfans, and thus I made a voyage with some of the gang to see what I could find. Unfortunately, I wouldn't see as much as I hoped on the Hartwell...but the Greenville made up for it with some very crisp catches. Regardless, I'm grateful, and I look forward to a more successful trip in the future.
To the gang, @ARP_GA, @ThatModelGuyGA, and @nstrainfanyt, it was a pleasure seeing you all as always. I look forward to the next time I get to see y'all.
@fmnut, thank you dearly for being gracious with your footage of the old Reading Lines operations; @SilverCometMedia, appreciate you for giving me footage of the Hartwell Railroad; and credits to @TheLoizeauxGroupLLC for the footage of the Harlee Branch Power Plant demolition.
And as for the rest of y'all, God bless. I'll see you soon, out on the High Iron.
