Excellent interview! Met Herman Frank backstage in Montreal with Peter Baltes in 2012 for the STALINGRAD TOUR. Cool guy! I love all of his works. Metal Rules!!!

Either Peter Knorn or Tommy Newton lost their interests in keeping doing the band,so someone like Herman may have a right to restart the band even Knorn or Newton or both hated it as Herman is not really an original member. Regarding the music he started.This is not really Victory.Ferman has written many songs in former-Victory and they were different to what Tommy wrote.A song like "Never Satisfied" is very Tommy's song with riffs."Don't Tell No Lies" had to be a Herman's song.But the latest album,everything sounds same.
