I couldn’t get the ear cuff to stay on my ear.

Im not quite sure why yours doesn’t stay on the ear… maybe lower the ear cuff down closer to your earlobe… mine stays in place perfectly… I swam in the pool and beach with it too😂 I haven’t lost my earcuffs so far…🙏💕
