Sorry for the delay on this video, I had a setback with my recovery over the weekend. Then while I was at the doctor's getting a blood test my car got completely wrecked by a hit and run driver 🥲I couldn't believe it, just been one thing after another. My car was towed and I spent all afternoon talking to the police, then insurance. Thankfully one very kindhearted lady saw what had happened and chased down that truck and was able to provide a description to us and the police. I just hope it's enough to find the person responsible. I am so touched by this extreme act of kindness from a total stranger 🥹 It's truely rare to find anyone that would go out of their way to assist without being asked. I am so grateful to her! If I have learnt anything from this incident, some things we can't change, but we can all try to be that kind stranger to someone else. An act of kindness no matter how small, really can make all the difference 🫶 Thank you for reading my update and I hope you enjoyed this Hermes haul! Let me know which bag or item is your favorite 🥰

Thank you so much for your well wishes 🙏🙏 I can’t believe how sick I was in Europe, our immune system must not be able to handle their viruses lol 😅 so unbelievable about my car too. Let’s hope July will be a better month 🙈 is Sydney getting cold yet? It’s been freezing in Melb which doesn’t help my recovery. This is now my third SA as well 🥹 I’m so sorry you had the same experience hun. I’ve now completely lost motivation and am questioning if it’s still worthwhile continuing. I think I actually got so lucky with my first SA, she offered me the Birkin right before she left. Hello my love!! So nice to hear from you 🥰🫶🏼 yes it was such a shock when I came out to my appointment to find my car completely destroyed 🥲 but also glad that I wasn’t there in the car, would’ve been way more traumatic!! I’m not sure if the police will be able to track down the truck driver responsible, but I have insurance so they have already towed the car to get assessed for repair. I just hate that this person gets away with it and I am left to pay the excess and also my insurance premium will go up a lot as there was so much damage 🙁 Anyway, nothing much I can do about that, just my terrible luck. Today my Chanel SA told me she’s leaving in a few weeks time 😞 just can’t catch a break!! I know you would appreciate all the colorful items in this haul!! 😁 we are so alike, colors make me happy. Thank you for always taking the time to write to me 🙏 Hit and runs are the worst, I’m going to finally get a dash cam now this has happened to me a few times 😅 but even in this case there’s not much I can do if their truck is unregistered. And this will prob be on the low priority list for the police as no one was injured haha. Oh well that’s life I suppose 🙂‍↕️ The other day I bite the inside of my cheek really hard while eating.. 💀 was bleeding non-stop for 5mins!!!! Lmao 🤣 and now it’s so inflamed it’s hard to sleep on that side and it will wake me up 🙈 they always take forever to heal as well cos all day I have to talk to patients and my teeth rubs against it 😢🫠 the bad luck continues my god!!

Love all the pieces!! The Constance slim wallet is super gorgeous and so versatile - looks so good on you ❤ I wasn’t sure about the elan belt (it’s available online, haven’t seen it IRL) and so I was waiting for the Kelly belt with the pocket to be available. Love it crossbody on you. I can’t believe it fits a max iPhone! So good!!! The bouncing sneakers never interested me but I think I love the black and white one your mummy got! Looks so good in photos haha, now I can finally post my Europe outfits 🤭🤭 The pocket Kelly belt can only fit cards, I think go try on the Elan pocket!! It's so much better imo!! Yeh so unbelievable it fits large size iPhone! I think those sneakers the zigzag bottom really drew me in haha 😆I'm always looking for unique pieces to add to my collection! I loooove all the bright coloured stuff you got in this haul!! OMG haha I still remember your Chanel sneakers “incident”! No more smaller sizes for you lady!! 😂 These Hermes grey/blue/white colours are great after seeing you trying on the others. I also looove the orange cashmere cardigan you got! Love the colour contrast love the oversized fit and how it sits on your body. I’m allergic to wool but my skin doesn’t reject cashmere and you’re right it is sooo soft and warm and I love that feel on my skin too. And then the lime Constance slim wallet OMG it’s gorgeous!! The leather looks really nice too. I think a thinner belt suits better. And lastly that lilac hat…it is so, so, you! Hahaha it’s almost doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t get it 😂. Gosh. Thank you so much for watching my video 🥰🥰 I clearly still didn’t learn my lesson about buying shoes too small lol.. as I got these sneakers BEFORE the Chanel ones 🤣 I originally thought the white is good as the orange H can match the cardigan, but I think it’s just too limiting with what else I can wear and not clash. Really glad in a way I got the wrong size and exchanged for the blue ones!!! They go with everything!! The cardigan was 100% a great purchase, I’ve worn it so much in the past yr. I was worried it might ball up but that hasn’t happened yet 🧡 I definitely prefer cashmere to wool!! I was sooo smitten with that lime Constance slim 🤭 I’ve been looking for a yellow bag at that point and almost went for that Chanel phone holder. Lucky it was defective 😂 such a serendipity moment when I then saw the Constance slim on display!! Couldn’t believe my luck honestly! And back then they are near impossible to get. Now I see them more often. I love how it looks with the skinny belt! So thankful to my SA for tracking it down for me 🫶🏼 I overlooked that bucket hat initially because my SA said it’s mens. Then month later I got my Chanel Kelly and happened to see it again on the website. Thought no harm in ordering it just to see if it looks nice. If I don’t like it can just return. I almost had to return because it was too big but the hack I found works a treat! 🥰

I shop the same Hermes boutiques as you shop in Chadstone. I went in on Monday this week, and I got my Birkin 30 in Vert Cypress. I started my journey last year, Feb. I requested Birkin 30 last year in November. I think my prespend is around 80k AUD. So I think it is 3.5 ratio 1 for my Birkin 30 in chevre leather. What my SA told me and what I understand is that quota bags are not in his control. He just request, and the manager is the one who decides who gets what. The manager will look at the spender account and how frequent the spender shop in the store. But what I understand too is that SA do the big part of chasing the quota bags on behalf, for u. And yes, it does affect how fast u get another quota bags if your SA really thinks of you. 😢 Last month visit Hermes, my SA was very busy with 2 clients infront of me and I was 3rd que waiting for him. His 4th client came in and then I was waiting for him. His 4th client talk to me. Then when my SA finish 3 of us start to chat together. My SA told me infront of the 4th client that she buying 2 Hermes furniture. What my understand was she spending 200k on those furniture. I was like, that it. I get 1 quota bag and I done with requesting quota. Is exhausting financially seeing other client spend huge money. Since getting this Birkin this week. I feel liberated. 😂 i feel like I just came out from prison and no longer required big spending 😅

Wow I can’t believe there are really people at chadstone buying the furniture. Well then no wonder people like us won’t get offers easily 🙈 my account should look pretty good up to beginning of the year. But yeh with a new SA I havnt really built the relationship to be able to ask her for a quota bag. Since I pretty much have to start again, I am thinking if I should just cut my losses now and go to Collin st and continue with my previous SA. I dunno which store would be easier to get a bag offer

@@queenofdiamondsamy I didn't want to compare Hermes to prison, but since I qualify (hit pass the 2 ratio 1 spend) for a quota bags, my SA said I must come into the store and spend while waiting for the Birkin 30. I ask Birkin 30 not Birkin 25 or mini Kelly which hard to get. And why I have to force to come in every month to spend. That make no sense. He said that is the rules in Melbourne store, i must come in every month for my profile to look good. He said if I skip one month. His manager will not see my profile and will focus on other girls profile for quota bags. That why I said Hermes feel like prison. I force to do something i don't want to do. 🤔 I got life outside Hermes. I can't go in every months. I will and still shop with Hermes but I won't go in every month. Shela sparkle, she also a youtuber here, shop same store to us and my SA said she come in twice per months but I see she don't spend as much as u spend in Hermes. But because her bubbly personality and everyone in the store know her. She probably use her charm to beat the big spender in the store. That what I guess. Good for Shela that got so great personality. Why not utilise what she have right. Chadstone store got less stock to Collins St store. I guess if u want the smaller size quota, just cut the losses and go to Collins St and get Billy back as your SA. I know who is Billy. I talk to him b4. Men SA always better than female SA. That what I know through out years shopping in Chanel and LV. Of course Hermes. My SA is male SA in Hermes and LV. I don't do Chanel anymore. So I guess I don't need to worry too much about the SA there

Oh whattt! That’s the first time I hear someone say you have to go every month to spend. We all have busy lives that’s not always possible. Wow ppl overseas have it so much easier than us. I don’t know Shela, how many bags were she able to score from chaddy? It’s always so hard to find sizes here as well. I think I prefer male SA too, they are more straight forward. But there’s nothing wrong with my new SA, I think I’ve just lost motivation to keep shopping.

@@queenofdiamondsamy My SA and I are very close and we get along very well. I tell him alot my dirty secret and he tell me all the dirty secret too. When it come to my relationship with him in the store, there is no secret between us. I also direct to him about Hermes spending. I said I watch alot RU-vid and read alot H forum. Let talk business, and he laugh how direct and funny I am. I said to him, i not going to sue you or Hermes about link purchase. I am here to get bags and u tell me now what I should do. That is the reason why he said come in every month. He don't sugar coat and I believe him that spending every month is important. I guess Hermes SA is not allow to said come spend every month to get bag cause is illegal to link buying. That why your SA didn't tell u. But my SA close to me, that why secret exposed. I got 5 bags from my SA since I started my journey back in February last year. 2 Garden party 30, 36, 1 mini Lindy, 1 mini Roulis and Birkin 30. I think Shela got a Birkin 25 in lime colour and she started her journey last year August (I might be wrong don't quote me).

That’s amazing you and your SA is so close! Well I havnt shopped since March so there’s no hope for me 🤣 I was thinking how come your spend ratio is so high but you must’ve counted all your bag purchases. They actually don’t count towards spend. You have an amazing collection now, so you can quit if you would like. Lime is such a pretty yellow! I’m obsessed! Good on Shela for getting her offer so fast ☺️

I had a terrible week 😭 read my pinned comment for life update. But yehhhh!!!! How amazing is this color 🍋🍋🍋 I'm honestly soooo obsessed!!! I picked it up last yr in July, filmed the unboxing but never had the time to edit haha. It is small but I think compared to a micro bag from Chanel, this is SO much better!!! And can wear so many different ways. You will see in my Paris vlogs it looks so nice in photos. I think partly is because of this vibrant color! It def wouldn't look as nice in gold hw, that's why they only come in palladium 😁 If you go for a color like gold or etoupe it can totally be masculine. I really like the Roulis, but I think for that price you may as well wait for a quota bag haha. But I will get a slim if I ever see one with gold or rose gold hw. Omg you can tell I had to speed up the video a bit so it wasn't extremely long? Sorry if I made it too fast 🙈 was worried ppl might not click on a 48min video lol. I think I was just super chatty in the video and sharing the stories behind each piece. No one is prob interested in the story lol!! Yeh bf drove but he went in with me to the waiting room. Lucky he was there, otherwise I wouldn't know what to do. Oh when I replied to your msg I was just at the doctors, so I had no idea what has happened to my car yet 🫠 The tow truck came relatively quickly. I think the rest will depend on the parts needed and if they need to import anything. Also how quick the police can work out what happened. The cameras were only near the shops which is very unfortunate. Thank goodness for that kindhearted lady, she was honestly so nice to do what she did. I wouldn't even know what to do otherwise.

Oh… so you were still at the doctor’s and your car was parked when it happened. I’m sure the insurance companies there are way more responsible than here. Did you know that here the more extensive and expensive policies for your car are optional? Meaning gov’t doesn’t require car owners to get insurances. 😮 And the insurance companies here are so slow in processing your request. So I’ve experience minor scratches and fender benders and sadly those who would usually hit my truck are the public transport drivers that only get a measely salary. One I vividly remember was a day during the start of the pandemic lockdown. He was like an uber driver and was really silly and backed up his car like I swear 15 meters and didn’t even looked at the rear view mirror. I was at a queue to leave the area where there was a gate and literally could not back up because I would hit the end behind me. He ignored me constantly honking my horn. In the end at the police station the driver cried. Oh my how embarassing I just forgave him and rightfully so because the next day was already a massive lockdown here. So no one was allowed to leave the house without a designated pass, so that would have ended his career as a driver. 😂 When the lockdown wasn’t as strict, I just took it to a nearby car paint center and had the damage repainted instead of having to wait for the insurance co. to assist me. It’s a good thing that you guys weren’t in the car as well. It could either be traumatic or irritating. Either way it’s really disappointing. 😢

Yeh I was still waiting for my appointment when it happened. And when the doctor called me in my bf must've left to go back to the car. When I came out to wait for the blood test he was gone and I was wondering where he went. He didn't tell me so I wouldn't worry and finish the blood test first. Here insurance is also optional. That driver was in an unregistered car so I doubt he had insurance. So it will really come down to the police now if they will be able to find the guy based on all the info the eye witness provided. Sometimes if it's a small bump or scratch might be better to settle outside insurance, as otherwise the premium goes up. But in this case my car isn't drivable so definitely glad I have comprehensive insurance! Yeh it would be way more traumatic if we were in the car. At least this way when I saw the car it was almost like an out of body experience. I couldn't wrap my head around how it got so wrecked. It was in a car park 😅 if you back up and hit something wouldn't you just stop straight away?? I have no idea what that idiot did to cause so much damage. It's like they realised they have hit something but didn't care and just kept on reversing further. It's crazy!

Yes this happened to me! My SA left when I had spent 1.5:1 ratio when I was due for my next quota bag. My store director assigned me to a new SA and she is lovely but I had to spend ANOTHER 1.5:1 ratio before I was offered my next quota bag! So I definitely had to start over😅So in total it was 3:1 ratio! Like you said, the SA has existing clients that will be offered first!!

I almost gave up my journey but I’m actually glad I continued..I really felt like I had already invested so much that I couldn’t walk away until I received my quota bag. I told myself if I wasn’t happy anymore I would quit afterwards. Then when I did finally receive my bag I had developed a great relationship with my new SA so I decided to stay with my Hermes journey to the present😄And yes my quota bags are amazing.🤩If you love the brand I would say at least stick with it until you get your offer!!! Awww I’m so glad your story has a happy ending!!! 🥰🥰 it gives me a little more hope haha. I bought a lot of stuff from Hermes in Paris, so I think I will take a break for now. Maybe see how I feel in a few months time. But would be a shame to quit now after spending so much already 🫠 My last SA that left he went to another store so part of me want to just start fresh in new store with him. It is just not as convenient with parking there and also will have to make separate trips to Chanel. Just so uncertain which path to go down

The other location is actually similar distance away but it’s in the city so parking is a nightmare and will have to walk out on the street. Not a problem in summer but winter or bad weather days would be a pain. Especially if you have lots of shopping bags and the car is far away. Also worried about security carrying a Birkin walking out on the street haha. Aw we were in Paris at the same time!!! I was rather disappointed with my experience there too 🥺 and half regret buying so much, should’ve just done at my home store 😅 but the prices are so much cheaper than Aust so I couldn’t help myself lol 🫠🤣

My old SA left too after 7 months of working with him and I had to switch SAs too. My new SA offered me a neutral B25 less than 4 months later, i spent more with the old SA than with the new one!
