Hermit Spying with Keralis!!! - Minecraft Hermitcraft Season 9 #16 

I was not expecting to hear anyone, much less a pair of hermits, refer to x's back as "xisuma's void" completely out the blue today nor ever and now i won't be able to unthink this. thank you zed. also, "zee" is an adorable nickname ^^

Keralis: “I don’t know man, this is Tango we’re talking about. Tango has eyes in the back of his head!” Meanwhile during Tango’s stream, he was struggling to find the bow that he had in his inventory. I find this absolutely hilarious.

Keralis made a great partner in crime, and a great distraction. He was a fun choice for a spying partner this episode!

I'd love to see a room full of these on the wall. All proper spies have a target room!

Hello! Welcome back to the world of Zedvancements! Reporter Ness is on the job again today, and Zedaph is taking a break from the more death-defying stunts. He puts the Keniezed suit in the laundry and grabs a spyglass for some silly spectacular spectating! It's been a bit easier to follow him today as he's joined by the legendary Keralis! This wide-eyed friend is perfect for a partner in crime. His mission: distract Hermits with some idle conversation so our hero can snap some sneaky shots! There are a bunch targets today, and most were unsuspecting of the duo. Tango's powers of observation are unparalleled as ever, but Zed still manages to get the closest photo of a Hermit he's ever gotten! I won't spoil the rest, but they all go swimmingly! Well, except for Beef. That one was more drowningly. Today has been full of good-natured fun, and it's been great to tour the server with this lovely duo. As always, I remain ready to report again. Having a partner while to trying to get spy photos immediately gives it the same energy as two kids in a comedy movie trying to sneakily grab snacks while the other distracts mom, and that just makes it even funnier lol Also 100% agree with another comment I just saw: you should totally have a secret "Target Room" where you display the pictures! Maybe even empty item frames named for the hermits you haven't got yet, and a wall for the failed attempts

The episode was a banger as usual but "Xisuma's void" takes the cake (pun very much intended)

I just watched Beef's episode where he totally caught you in the background, and I just KNEW you were up to spy shenanigans again-- but I had no idea Keralis was a part of it too HAHAA 😂

Meta-Zedvancement proposal: Do a Zedvancement collab with every Hermit at least once. Progress: Off the top of my head - and your thumbnails - you've got Impulse (Best Worst Equipment), Scar (Longest Death Message), Bdubs (The Mob-Stack-All), Ren (The VInyl Countdown), Xisuma (Porcupined), and now Keralis (I Try I Spy), plus several small helps for The Hall Of All. So not counting item trades for the Hall, that's _6/25 Collabs_ so far.

Keralis makes for the best spy partner. His eyes see EVERYTHING.

Zedvancement idea Did you know dirt can be converted to 9 different blocks now Grass, Mycelium, Podzol, Farmland, Path, Rooted Dirt, Moss, Mud and Sculk Maybe you could convert a block of dirt to each variant as fast as posible or cycle one dirt though them all Im not sure exactly, I just think it's an intresting quirk that somethink could be done with Like if their was a QI for minecraft this is the sort of thing that would be on it Big fan Zed, love your unique style

Intro is on point as usual. Seriously I love your intros.

My theory on how Zed makes his fantastically magic timelapses - first, record a dancing zedaph infront of a minecraft green screen. Second, build the building with replay mod, making the first part, then pausing, then building etc. Edit the replay file to have smooth moving camera, whilst the building seems to construct itself, as Zed never appears in frame, then finally add dancing Zedaph in post-production. But hey, that's just a theory... A ZED THEORY!

I love the spy background music. It makes me think of the kind of orchestral music you'd hear in Dragnet or just about any other procedural set in the 50's or 60's during montages. Such a smart choice.

Keralis was the perfect partner for this Zedvancement - those eyes see everything.

I know you haven't really participated in the king stuff, but it could be a way to make some serious diamonds for that beacon! I think the diamond horse armor is pretty valuable as tribute. And there's some easy ones that could nab you a diamond block in just a day!

I do enjoy watching Hermitcraft episodes through many Hermits, but you're the only one I've seen who color codes the closed captions on who is speaking - especially if there is cross talk - and as a Hard of Hearing person who needs closed captions quite often this is a refresher on watching videos on RU-vid, so thank you Zedaph!

I watched that tango interaction in his stream and it is as gloriously funny as seeing it from yours and keralis' pov now. Also, zedralis is a blessing we didnt know we needed.

Xisuma and Tango are probably the 2 least observant Hermits as proven many times. Even though I got to say I was watching Tangos livestream and didn't know what was going on until the Zedaph jump scare. I knew Keralis was acting off, but not that you were also there. Well done.

Gotta say zed, your videos always make my day when you upload. Somehow my dad and I have this stupid joke going between us about "flying cows with aerodynamic udders" because while watching one of your streams in season 7, you and I belive tango were moving a bunch of animals on leads with elytra. I dont remember exactly because it was so long ago, but somewhere in there one of you mentioned aerodynamic cows or something and I decided to repeat it out loud. Thank you for creating fun, unique, and interesting content for everyone to enjoy! You are truly a legend, and please, never change :D

what about: you and keralis make exact same skins, but one of you has closed eyes on it, and 1 has opeden, then you line perfectly, 1 is inside another and the closed eyes face is visible. when a hermit comes to check on you (btw both crunch to make names invisible) the open eyed bro makes a lil step forward. hopefully, this makes an illusion of opening eyes.

I wonder if you could do a spy stakeout in your shop, Wings and Things. I’m curious if you could get yourself standing up with your head stuck where the shulker boxes are, so that when people come to your shop to buy something, the shulker opens up and you can grab a cheeky spy photo!
