I think for Christmas the hermits should do a Secret Santa sort of thing. Except it will be called Secret Hermit or something like that. They could put all the hermits name's in a dispenser and then the name they get is who they have to get a present for. If they get themselves then they have to put it back in and then try again till they get someone different. Then everyone can open their presents under the Statue of Hermity or someone can build a giant Christmas tree and they can open it under that. But that's just an idea and I think it'll be super fun! :)

Poultry Man should deliver presents to all hermits that build a chimney, big enough for Poultry Man to fit through.

Grian, you don’t need to place netherrack to make a never ending fire because the Fire tick is turned off on this server. You can basically light any block without the fire disappearing.

You know the beacon in the shopping district? Well that is the entrance to the underground shopping mall. There is still some spots for some stores in the mall.

once you first mentioned TNT I immediately thought of how you were the "king of explosions" in Minecraft EVO

Use redstone lines to light up the Christmas tree. And try using an end crystal as the star at the top. Hide the obsidian with leaves.
