IDEA FOR AMETHYST. Make a ceiling with a crawlspace above it. It makes sounds when any mobs walk on it so you can silence a chicken and just have a beautiful sound-making ceiling.

I could just imagine Stress at that bridge point be like: BRING ME A... SHRUBBERY.

Put shroom lights in the leaves of the trees so there is no torch spam 😁

For those that are wondering - the books of the uncured villager (sounds like jerky making) are Silktouch for 14 Emeralds, Smite V for 53 Emeralds and Depth Strider II for 11 Emeralds

What if you used hanging roots to mix in with the leafage? You probably know this, but for anyone else, can get them from bonemealing rooted dirt

Alice in the wonderland theme sounds nice, maybe use the tea party from Alice in the Wonderland as a theme? All the huge pots and cups at the side of criss-cross patterned table cloth path way, surrounded by twisty custom trees. Some comically big tea spoons and random fruits and desserts scattered around the place.

Teapot + Forest = Fairy in my mind. Amethyst builds? I can totally see a Crystal build in your future. You can sprinkle some of the blocks in the path to add some chimes as well as some pressure plated note blocks to add some supporting sounds, like maybe ice, clay, and glowstone maybe?

The acorn looks so cute! You could use some rooted dirt and roots for the interior, perhaps

The stripped spruce looks so perfect as an acorn! Would be so cute if you made a squirrel like in the Ice Age lol

Hey stress, maybe you should go for a village with a bit of cottage core style. It would be cool to walk under the canopy and see all the small buildings. You should also connect them up with wonderful path ways and also add signs at junctions that show which way leads to what.

Love the theme for the base and amethyst is going to fit so perfectly in that (also I believe if you put carpets over amethyst blocks you still get the sound, so if you want the sound but the block doesn't fit into the palette as the floor then carpet might be the way to go). All your builds so far look so adorable, I can't wait to see how the area ends up looking at the end of the season! Also loving all the colabs with False, you two are so fun together! And the sugar cube idea for glass is so clever, I love it!

Stress I am loving your collabs with False. You two are the super hermit group of season 9 so far. Kind of like the Architechs were in season 6, to be honest! I look forward to every meeting. :) I just left this idea on False’s video - I would love to see a longer collab between you, False, and Iskall. Since Vault Hunters is something you all have in common, I think it would super cool for y’all to build a Vault Room of your choosing in a cave. Maybe even make it a pvp arena. :) All sorts of potions could be provided for the buffs although obviously it won’t really be able to be recreated perfectly. But that’s ok! I just want Stress/False/Iskall banter!! Your acorn base is lovely!! I did not guess right at all. Excited to see you continue expanding in that area!!

When I was young I learnt a game called Poohsticks from Winnie-the-Pooh. It's where you drop a stick on one side of the bridge at the same time as a friend/friends do to see which comes out the other side first. Probably possible if you build a bridge over some "rapids" or a gentle waterfall. And! You kept mentioning hanging roots for the bridge and the acorn base and it would be utterly cute to have some extra hanging roots in the greenery that you get from bonemealing the underside of rooted dirt then snipping with shears. Keep being gorgeous!

I feel like a good way to describe your style/theme for these builds is Fairy Tea Party!

love the acorn on the outside and then oh wow, the inside! so cute! the dark forest is a great biome to build something with lots of ✨foliage ✨

if your starting to move into the Acorn, you can move EnchanTea into the Kettle/Teapot and with a little redstone, the Hermits can have a Tea shower right from the Pot to fix their stuff ( with payment of course )

'I love the grass colour.' Is the best reason to build something. That is some nice grass.

I love how the infinite emerald trick works. 1 emerald = 1 book shelf = 3 books = 3 emeralds and repeat. Amazing!

My only concern is False's volume is a little low, but other than that, I adore it whenever you guys hang out together. Also you guys should start hiding torches underneath the moss carpets to reduce torch spam.

I absolutely love the acorn house! I can just imagine smaller and/or bigger acorns and fantasy/Alice in wonderland-like buildings (your teapots & cups) popping up amongst the trees. Also, an Idea for your base, it would be really amazing if you hide shroomlights and glowstone in the trees to light up your area. Then maybe more around your base area and pathways, hang lanterns from the trees at different lengths.

The “sugar cubes” would look more like sugar cubes if you dyed them white.

Ooooooh, your theme is like the Mad Hatter's tea party. LOVE IT! I'm super excited for this season and to see all your lovely builds come to life! The bridge you built with False is fantastic - especially with the leafage.

For amethyst, I’d use it to make a GIANT 3D Allium garden (maybe layered with some glass or something for shading). You could turn it into a flower shop!

One thing I love about Hermit Craft is that I can take my time going though all the hermits videos and watching all the episodes of season 9 and get different perspectives on pretty much everything. I am not sure if this comes from the Hermits all collabing with each other for so long or if they decide ahead of time of what to put in their videos, but I love how each hermit has their own unique perspective and it doesn't get boring or seem like I am watching the same video. Much love to all the hermits this season.

You could sell leaves and call them tea leaves and the different kinds can be like different flavors like birch could bee green tea, dark oak could be black tea, etc.

It wasn't until today that I realised that Stress' eyes aren't super heavy with eyeliner and the eye is just a white dot in the middle, but they're actually big, brown irises. Whelp, I feel mighty silly now. I've only been watching Stress since season 6, so it hasn't been that long, right?

There is a thing called rooted dirt now and you could put it by the roots since trees have several sizes of roots it should work

Some hanging roots would look amazing inside the acorn. They are harvestable from the bottom side of rooted dirt I think.

Just another use for a cactus farm: cactus to my knowledge still holds the most exp when smelted, so with an automatic farm you can have an exp Bank, whenever needed. I use Kelpblock to fuel mine, and it works like a charm....bit of work though keeping it filled...

I especially love your path through the wheat field. I'm sure Ren will love it.
