I’m so grateful for the captions, it helps me make sure I get all of the subtle jokes. I hate it when auto-generated or normal captions are available on a video, even though they totally should be available on every video. Imagine how annoying RU-vid must be for the deaf or hard of hearing! Thanks lyarrah!

It's a total pain - deaf guy. It's a lot of "that word doesn't fit, what else would that word be?" every 30 seconds or so. So Lyarrah is my hero.

I'm gonna be honest, subtitles are useful even for the hearing, often times when I don't have my earbuds but want to watch RU-vid in public I just watch via subtitles

I don't think I'll ever get over the quality of these videos. Zloy's writing, Pixlriff's delivery, and Lyarrah's own spin on the captions are all _so_ witty and entertaining. I always enjoy watching these videos

Deaf and HoH people can't always decipher things like that though, because we don't necessarily know which words that are spelled differently sound the same. 😅 I'm 'lucky' in a sense that I started losing my hearing at 17, so I have a childhood of hearing to base my deduction on. 😉

03:20 Sorry but Iam pretty sure Scar didn't mine just below Deepslate but just above Bedrock. For anyone wondering that is ofc where the most diamonds spawn (as shown in their small test) and as can be seen in the graph showing the new ore generation in 1.18 (Motto here: If you want diamonds go as low as you can, but just above bedrock is the most efficient if you don't mind lava lakes which do spawn mainly below lvl -55 if I remember correctly). In conclusion: stand on lvl -55 to statistically get the most diamonds with the least amount of effort.

I started watching only the recent recaps as I just started to get into Hermitcraft recently and I definitely love love all the references and the quality of the video overall, and also the subs really helps me so thank you so so much for adding it. Also hard to believe the comments barely mentioned the Jojo reference but that was a very good Jojo reference.

This may seem trite, but everyone else is playing the game, Doc changes the game. I watch some Hermits just for the entertainment. I watch some Hermits because they're doing amazing redstone stuff. I watch Doc to watch the game be utterly broken. It's glorious.

Monsters from native American cultures are taboo to talk about, especially with outsiders. Part of it is some are summoned by talking about them. Also the mythology of this one is very not PG and shouldn't be in kid friendly content.
