@@susantummon3463 Hmm, true... I was under the impression that her alternate persona had been "back-ported" to Hermitcraft, the same way that Shirtless Scar and Bruised Bdubs ended up being A Thing on the main server.
saint pearl would be a better choice if we were to pick a pearl alter ego from another series to use considering saint pearl, princess gem and cogsmeade false are all technically part of the hermit canon via hermit/empire crossover
@@that1cat999 Oh but don't you know, Grain has been caught by Mumbo! It has been confirmed when Grian fell for a trap and got caught acting as Poultry man when Mumbo built a Grian proof house.
@@that1cat999 Bro you need to play along. At the end of s6 Grian took the fall for Poultry Man in order to preserve his actual identity. If you tell everyone Grian isn't PM then they'll renew the investigation.
there's no way he's gonna split it into 2 heros/villains packs, it's just gonna be the one expansion pack: he's already made hotguy (and human cleo) for this expansion pack and showed it in the most recent episode!
Every week I am amazed how you come up with such funny transitions and other jokes throughout these episodes. I love these recaps! Also thank you for almost always reminding us that it's Sunday ☺️
I see the hermitcraft recap… and i must watch the hermitcraft recap :D (great job, as always ^^) (also, the “murderous and inconvenient couch” line is absolutely amazing!)
okay, i'm kind of new to the whole minecraft youtube thing. But I'm correct to think that VintageBeef's project is an absolute insane amount of work right???
Oh yeah. I do map art. It can take a day or two to build the map. Then there's the material gathering...maps are 8 chunks by 8 chunks. So each map requires over 16 thousand blocks placed. Thankfully, each of the three card types have the same background, so there's some parts that he doesn't have to tear down. I used to figure three days per map if I had a pattern mapped out, and a week if I was making a freehand art piece.
1 block = 1 pixel, and the map makes a 128 by 128 pixel image. (Over 16 thousand blocks. That's 256 stacks of blocks, or about 9.5 shulker boxes full of materials.) I've heard content creators say "never again" after making just one image this way or after making just a few images this way. Beef is quite far past that with all of these dozens of different cards. Granted, he's been able to save some time with certain cards having parts that stay the same across several cards. This reduces the amount that needs to be removed before placing blocks for the next one, so he's only rebuilding certain smaller sections of it. It still adds up a lot with how many of them he's made, though.
Yes, yes it is. The map-building alone is insane, and then that he has designed a very successful and playable game, and then made & edited videos of all of it... completely bonkers.
That's how this kind of joke works though - if you know he's building a pinball machine, and I say "he spends a lot of time bumping into things", the "like a pinball" is implied WITHOUT me having to say it. You leave the audience to make the connection for themselves.
Shady E's Free glass pokemon power every turn this is on the bench flip an individual coin for each pokemon your opponent controls and place a damage counter on them if heads or Hidden Shop every time this card is to take damage flip a coin if heads the damage does nothing. and Free glass is an attack that flips 2 coins place 1 damage counter per coin once on any pokemon or hidden bees flip a coin your opponents equipment does not work on the designated hermit for 1 round of turns idk how he is balancing a basic damage counter in hermitcraft since they have so much hp
