That is a beautiful piece of furniture. Had you not said it was 70in I would have thought it was smaller than that. You are correct, the lights elevated that piece. All furniture is sent to stores in boxes I use to assemble it at Home Goods as a back room manager and at Burlington all day long. Major stores do the same. It all comes in a box of some sort and they assemble it for you putting it on the show room floor. You did an amazing job. It’s gorgeous. I grew up in the era where my uncle used to upholster furniture and the company he worked for had trade shows in High point N.C . I love real wood Burlwood is one I love. Heavy wood pieces. I have a $6000 bed from the 80’s carved 4 poster bed I bought for 39.99 at goodwill. It was gorgeous until I hired a lady to clean and she robbed me took the bed and all. ❤
