I have a low back fusion L5/S1 and L4/5 due to an injury. That was in 2001. The level just above it, L3/4 has a bulge and really hasnt bothered me for all those yrs until recently. 4 yrs ago I had a major neck problem flare up which has slowly progressed over many yrs that was on going. Your the only Dr that has described all my neck symptoms and make sense of it all. I have so many symptoms that your patients have but no Dr Ive seen so far can help me. I do have an arthritic straight neck...bad at C4/5 and C5/6. I sometimes cant swallow without putting my head to my chest. I have pain at the base of my scull and so many other symptoms, too many to list here. Just recently Ive been getting excruciatingly bad pain at level L3/4 when bending just at a 30° angle from the waiste I can hardly straighten back up. So is this all related to my neck too. 😢 just could cry everyday. Am waiting for an MRI of the level above my fusion. I feel my life is over, I cant do anything anymore. Im 71 yrs old and on low income. I live in MI and would love to come and see you but dont have the financial ability. I live in MI. My daughter has Ehlers Danlos and thinks I do as well. My son also has ribs that wont stay in place and now neck problems. Any suggestions would help. The Drs all look at me like Im crazy and that just makes things worse. My disk issues started while pregnant with my baby which was 9 lbs 7 ounces. Nice if u could talk about this. I have had pain ever since ..that was 32 years ago.
Do you know if this can cause bladder issues ? My low back is like a slinky, pelvic pt said some of my issues sounded lumbar spine related , I try to pull my head posture back to a neutral position before urinating with the curve correction you guys gave me , but I eventually plan on seeing Danielle about this.
