I really like this one for immediate/new post-acne marks. I went a little overboard last month with extracting comedones/sebaceous filaments on my nose and it left a lot of super dark and red marks that ended up scarring/scabbing. I purchased this product on a whim to see if it would help with that. I dabbed a little bit on my nose daily as the last step of my routine for about 3 weeks and saw pretty significant improvement to the point where the marks are barely noticeable now. Not sure how well this would work for PIE or other types of scarring, but I found it to be super effective for healing stuff that has just been popped, so I think this may be a good product to use after facials or microdermabrasion too.

I use this after swim lessons when my goggles were around my face too tight and the skin gets super irritated. It's great for dry patches!

Hey fellow swimmer! Interesting to know how you use this. I don't use anything that particularly helps around my eyes except a caffeinated eye cream which seems to mildly help my capillaries and hollow under eye generally. I get the worst raccoon eyes lol. Hate it when I get stinging around my goggles from the chlorine while I'm swimming. Cosrx propolis toner helps rehydrate my face so well but that's all I've found that's great for post swim so far.

@@gwendolinehall1386 totally feel your pain (metaphorically and physically)! You must be my better half because I use the same toner! So I tone as soon as I wash up to head home, a Cica cream, and I use a bit of this cream around my eyes. It seriously helps with the sting and speeds up my "healing" time.

I love the packaging too! It's super cute I thought 😆 I actually just bought this the other day after I tried their cleanser & loved that. Curious to see more products from this brand. I also thought this was an American brand, only realized it was Korean after seeing that on the back of the box 'made in Korea' haha 😂

I'm going to have to check out their cleanser next- this seems like a pretty good brand overall, and pretty friendly for sensitive skin types which is a huge bonus. Affordable as well, always a nice benefit!

@@NOBSBeauty I completely agree & It definitely is sensitive skin-friendly. I have had a compromised skin barrier as of late & I found the Hero cleanser to be so gentle despite it having AHA's present. Was a shock but I was very impressed! 😊

When you use the blemish cream such as the CosRX Centella Blemish Cream, what part of your routine do you use it? (I.e. after toner, moisturizer, serums, etc..) I have not been able to find the right place in my routine to use the product to get the best benefits. Thanks for your content love watching!

I had the same issues- I found I like applying it at the end of my evening routine and letting it absorb throughout the night. A lot of people have had good luck applying it right after their toner and before their serums. I found that that worked okay too. I just liked using it at the end best because it is is pretty occlusive and takes a while to absorb.

It’s really small but the price is cheap and justifiable. I too don't mind alcohol in my sunscreens as long as they protect my skin from the sun (uva/uvb) which is the main purpose of a good sunscreen.

Definitely worth checking out- really love it for dry patches, I don't breakout often, although a few times a year something will cause chaos, so this is a goodie for those times!

Don’t be afraid:) it’s non comedogenic. I use it on my face daily and don’t breakout but one drop of coconut oil will give me cystic acne 🥴

I've been working on a cica versus series, but I have A LOT of cica creams and it is taking me forever! The Cicaplast Baume from La Roche Posay is a very popular product and seems to work well for a lot of people. The Benton Goodbye Redness Centella Gel is worth considering as well. It also contains Tea Tree Leaf Extract which has some nice antimicrobial and antibacterial benefits which would be great for cuts and scrapes. The Cosrx Pure Fit Cica Cream Intense is also great- front loaded with lots of centella and also pycnogenol, a great antioxidant and skin protecting ingredient.

@@567swim Hi Brooke, You're definitely not alone, my skin is super picky and apparently LRP and Avene don't make the cut. I can use the spring water sprays and that's about it from these brands. Am so happy to have Sarah providing good information on other options, don't know what I'd do without her 😊

I would be worried about the shea butter in this way before the silicones if worried about breakouts.

Seems like Shea Butter can be very reactive for a lot of people. I was a little surprised they included it in a product for acne prone skin.

I skipped the sunscreen bc it says water resistant, i had a feeling iit may need my oil cleanser. and u know me i dont enjoy double cleansing. LOL. but other than that it seems like a good one no essential oils or fragrance its very light tint so it prob wont do too much

Have you noticed the new Cetaphil Healthy Radiance line yet? Well it's new to the US, I guess there's a version in other countries called Cetaphil Bright Healthy Radiance. The US version doesn't have as big of a variety just a PHA cleanser, vitamin C, night cream with bakuchiol, and a day cream with SPF 30. I've tried the cleanser, vitamin C, and night cream, just not everyday cause I gradually work in new stuff. I just got the day cream today but I'm going to be cautious with it because I don't always do well with chemical sunscreen. I'm surprised the most by the cleanser, it's not drying or stripping at all. You won't be happy with the packaging of the creams though, they're in jars.

I just noticed it last time I was at Target and picked up the cleanser and the vitamin c cream- going to have to try the cleanser out tonight- the ingredients looked pretty good from what I could tell so maybe it will be a winner!

@@NOBSBeauty I am so incredibly disappointed. I have extremely dry skin so my night cream is always thick and heavy, and I end my routine with an oil to meld the cream and serums together. That's not feasible for the daytime so I sacrifice a little moisturizing power for something that's lighter and more manageable. This morning I tried the Cetaphil Healthy Radiance SPF 30 moisturizer and the texture is hard to describe. For one it's whipped but most whipped moisturizers are light and airy. This cream was whipped but somehow remained rich. It didn't have the dense heavy quality I like at night, yet even though it was lighter the richness of it is perfect for dry skin. It was absolutely lovely to apply and I was hoping hard that I would be able to handle the chemical SPF. Unfortunately it started pilling up right away, faster that even CeraVe's SPF 30 day cream. This is a problem I have more often than most so others may not have this problem. So so disappointed.

Hopefully cameraman can get my review with the UV camear up tomorrow- I've been a bit torn, didn;t love it, didn't hate it. It does seem to be effective. I found it to be slightly oily when applied, but during the day it makes my skin a bit dry (probably the mineral UV Filters). Probably mostly geared towards those with normal skin that isn't oily and not too dry.

I think my skin tends to be roseacea prone, too. Alcohol in small amounts occasionally doesn't bother my skin, but products that contain a lot of them tend to make my skin more dry and even flaky.

I’m too but I was blown away when I started using LRP sunscreen which by the way has a high amount of alcohol. It never irritates my skin, not even the least.

Thank you so much, I have really bad back issues from a car accident years ago and good shoes make a huge difference for my back, even if they are pricey, it is well worth it not to have a lot of back pain at the end of the day!
