I REMEMBER THIS!!!!! I used to tell people about it, but they looked at me like I was crazy. It's so nice to see this again, I was so young. Now if I can only remember what that one puppet that was a skeleton is from. I think he smoked too, but idk. He was like as big as Lamb Chop or Punch and Judy I think.

I need someone to help me find this cartoon. I thought it was short films by short people but I'm not sure. It's a short cartoon where a little boy drops a remote into his mashed potatoes and the potatoes go into the battery slot somehow making it a magic remote that can control things around him. And his mum hangs clothing on the line singing "poooootatoooos la da da da, pooootatooooes la da da da da". Then at the end his sister gets hold of the remote and makes him and his friend dress up and dance like ballerinas.

I also remember a short where these people like control this kid, like Inside Out kinda style, but I remember either red shoestrings or twizzlers, I was very young, so it must have been mid 90's.
