I made a big mistake by buying the Hero Xpulse 200 from the first lot when it launched, it is so unrefined, and jerky that I don't like riding it, if you are thinking of buying this XMR, please wait and buy after a couple of updates and, after Hero refines and irons out the rough edges.
Its design is so good, i love it ❤ from behind and both sides but when comparing to the front looks, headlight design is not coping up with overall design.... From back and sides it looks a premium design bike but front doesn't match with it.... Another thing is its low fuel tank capacity.... It could have been 13l atleast.... If not usd front forks but they should have given a coloured screen tachometer.... Could have been a little more refined.....then It would have eat up the market competition but its still good ❤ awesome ...i love it
Indians support foreign brands more than desi brand. I know Japanese are good and reliable but these Indian brands are also catching up... Sooner or later

If the bike can cruise super-comfortably at 100 kmph then I feel it is a great bike. The mileage of 35 kmpl is also great [considering this is a proper new bike and mileage usually increases after the first / second service]. P.S. By super-comfortable cruising speed I meant that I have an Xpulse 200 4V and it can easily cruise at 80 kmph without stressing out the engine. Still I feel very low vibes creeping out on handle bar, and at 72-75 kmph there are completely 0 vibes anywhere on the bike [I do not use any bike gloves], and that is what I call the super-comfortable cruising speed on which the engine is completely silent, and the ride experience is butter smooth.
@@Politicaltanta R15 has an engine producing less torque and is higher in price. I live in hills so I need a bike with more torque and a dependable cruising speed.
I have 2 of those legends, black and Yellow. It easily cruises at 100, top speed I went was 148. Best part is the low end grunt, under 4000 rpm it touches 80 and very comfy.
Design is 10 on 10 it is getting hatred only because it is Hero... Some people has to come out from mindset that hero cannot produce good looking bike.. They are wrong it all started from xtreme 160r to xpulse 200, xoom scooter and so on...

Personally, I prefer Gixxer due to engine refinement and better finishing of product. However, brakes are something I personally expect Suzuki to get better with. Karizma is a very versatile motorcycle. What it has done is showcased Hero’s appetite with higher CC motorcycles. Solely touring, I would prefer Karizma over Gixxer SF

8/10 Major missing is the USD Fork suspension. Also, the fuel tank capacity could've been a bit more (around 13L). Considering the accuracy of Hero speedometers, top speed is good enough for daily commuting, until and unless you live on Drag Racing.

Everyone says the suspension is on stiffer side.. you say its soft.. Also it is not possible for the mudguard to touch the tyre.. you might have bottomed out the front suspension... Cheers
Honestly, judging a suspension is the trickiest thing. It is so much dependent on the weight, height, dynamics of the rider, spring pre-load setting and so many other things. And none of us reveal any of the parameters at which we test the bikes. Hence, ride it to know whether it’s soft or firm for your liking.

Being an owner of KTM Duke 200 BS6, I must say that this bike is much more practical with much more features being loaded within such a decent price! Hero Motocorp has done a tremendous and a revolutionary job in bringing a machine which completely changed the perception about the company! In such price, you're getting liquid cooling, 4-valved DOHC engine along with the Slipper Clutch! Only minus point I found is its fuel tank capacity which is very low considering it's a sports tourer, it should've been equipped with a bigger fuel tank like its predecessor ZMR which had 15.3 litres of the same! Keeping aside my trust issues with the Hero Motocorp after sales, this bike would've been with me had it been launched at the time when I bought my current bike! 🙌❤️👏🏍️🔥
Several valid points are mentioned. While 11 litres is a bit too little, but see one thing. 11 litres mean 400 km of riding range. Out in the open, that’s quite a stretch on a single ride. Yes. Mechanically, Hero has improved the game. Expecting optional USDs, quicker shifter, TC in days on come. 4V DOHC is such a good upgrade. Xtreme and Xpulse always lack punch on the highway. The 6th gear (overdrive) makes life so much easier for the Karizma

And yeah, considering its fuel economy it can be considered without any hindrance in the minds of the riders! Lastly, I think the company will come up with such upgrades in the future because if they've given them in a once then there wouldn't be any scope of improvement!

Why are you biased towards R15? , You compared the acceleration in traffic conditions of the two bikes but you never said it's seating position is 100 times better than R15 ?
If tank size was more then 12 litres, it would have been so much better option. Honda cb300f has 14 litres tank. So as this is a sports tourer motorcycle, it should definitely have bigger fuel tank. Rest bike is good

Hero ne sabse bada change kiya hai iske gearbox mein kyunki iss bike ke pehle jitni bhi aayi thi hero ki bikes 5 gear hi the ye major upgrade hai 6th gear ke sath...
