When she was asked her goals and she said to walk, it hit me like a metric ton of bricks. I mean it's obvious but also puts my life and my challenges into perspective.

Holy crap! You can see and hear it in Will's voice. The reaction from Kendal meeting the man that saved her life for the first time.. how do you put a price on that? You just gave her something she will carry with her for the rest of her life. Brendan. You are a true MVP.

A very powerful story with two amazing individuals, Kendal for overcoming so much adversity and Brendan for selflessly going out of his way to help save her. I'll also add that, having been to both Utah and Australia, I can say there's definitely a bit of a temperature difference.

Back in 1985, I was skiing with a bunch of friends in Crested Butte. Well they were skiing and I was snow plowing. I came across a little girl laying down at the top of a crevice, yelling for help, and so I snow plowed over to see what she was screaming about. She was holding on to her big sister who had skied down into it by mistake. No warning markers to be seen. I kicked off my skis, got anchored, grabbed the girl's hand and sent her flying about 10' behind me, up in the clear. I thought she weighed about 100 lbs but it was really only about 50 lbs. The big coat and stuff faked me out. So I got them all calmed down (mostly) and skied on down to the bottom of the mountain with them since they were so shaken up. When we got to the bottom, the girl's father ran out and punched me for being some perv who was following his daughters down the slope. He knocked the crap out of me, but they got him calmed down and he finally apologized. My group was at dinner later and the little girls' whole family came in to the restaurant. They had tracked me down. They spent about 20 minutes telling me about how much their daughters meant to them while the mom sat there holding my hand with tears in her eyes. When you help someone, you think about what it means to that person. But you never really think about what it means to everybody who loves them. Although it's a double edged sword. While it made me feel even better about helping her, I spent a lot of time thinking about how many people would have been in hell if the little girl had been lost. It sort of makes you scared to not help someone in need.

Amazing story I too was hit by a car on my mission. Which was the best thing that happened to me. I came home early, meet my wonderful wife of 25 years and had four amazing children.

Breaks my heart to see someone who used to be extremely athletic barely able to walk now. Sucks what life threw at her, I hope she recovers fully and she not only walks but runs and plays basketball again...

While I can see the idea, it would be nice to see more of the interaction between the two and how to move forward and stay in contact. I personally wouldn't care less about a watch if I would save a life, simple thank you is all there is.

I don't care about her because she's a normal person like any other person and accidents happen all the time, but her completely "normal person" reactions are heart warming because most people act weird in front of a camera and she seemed to really just be herself. Someone seeming real instead of ordinary is moving. That i can care about.

It amazes me how strong the human body can be at times. Not only to be hit by a car but to have that car come to a rest on top of you is crazy to think about and to survive that is incredible. Best wishes for a full recovery!

CAN ANYONE SEE THE EXPRESSION OF GRATITUDE AND JOY ON HER FACE IN ANTICIPATION OF MEETING THE MAN, WHO BY GRACE OF ALLAH ALMIGHTY WAS THERE TO EVENTUALLY SAVE HER. NOTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, IF THEY HAD GOT MARRIED WITH EACH OTHER.
