I'm having trouble with transferring to a new phone. Support is not live chat. I'm a VIP pay to play customer, but I am unable to get 2 years of game play on my new phone. Support is only Ai bubbles with no real support. Be careful before using this game or any other games they make. Support sucks
I stopped playing and deleted apps from phone, but before I deleted I asked to delete all game play. I never received confirmation. Sad! They lost a major spender, paid to play customer. I'm "KillingTime" if you played with me. Some months paying about 200 Australia dollars a month. They just didn't care... why? My personal opinion is that they getting so many other suckers is didn't matter. #VeteransAgainstHeroWars
