Hello all.
In this video I will show u how to adjust the free play of our motorcycle clutch. This will help in resolving the issue of hard gearshift and engine stalling. Same process can be used on other motorcycles.

Thankyou for the information...i was lost and i thought i should change the whole cable set up the i saw this video actually my clutch liver was lose i cant do anything to my motorcycle... thankyou brother

Bro i am planning to buy this bike but i have heard so many complaints about this bike like suspension failure, ABS problem, oil leakage, engine over heating issue and engine vibrating when driving 80+ etc.. if you can answer it will be a great help to me.... 👍

Hie brother Haven't faced any of the issues that u have mentioned. I did got my tank replaced under warranty due to some paint defect and the service center was really helpful. Few riders in my riding circle also own xpulse 2v and no one has faced any such mentioned issues till now. . only one guy had fuel pump failure that too was his fault as hi didn't leave any fuel in tank but again it was done under warranty. Hero gives 5 years warranty with 5 free services after that the amc package is very economical. Just be regular with service at company and they will keep honouring the warranty. Don't personally know anyone who owns a 4v yet. But there is one pro dirt rider who owns both 2v and 4v and is very satisfied with it.

My new Xpulse 200 4V is having issues while changing gears from 1-2-3 and sometimes falls to neutral as well. Could this be due to the freeplay issue as explained in this video?? Can someone please help?

Yes could be due to incorrect or zero free play. Adjust and check. Otherwise get it inspected and one more this it will get better with service and oil change.

I tried tightening following this video and now gear is not indicating in my display please help... Before tightwning it was showing but its not now.

How much play did u keep? If it is too tight then it might not work properly but the gps is not link directly to clutch free play. Try to make it lose and see if it shows. Other wise the gps is located near front sprocket get the wire checked.
